The 1 star reviews surpassing 2-4 tell it all, but wow. Ordered ahead for pickup in 20 minutes. Arrived and waited 25 minutes with screaming babies in the back seat before i approached the window to ask about our meal. A friendly lady apologized and said it would be out soon. 10 more minutes go by when she comes out to say they don’t have any apple juice for the kids meals. Fine. Wait another 10 minutes when a gentleman brings the food to our car (45 minutes after it’s supposed to ready) and says it’s all in the bag. I let him know I’m going to double check and that at this point it should be free. His response – “I just got here and I don’t need this from you!” I tried apologizing to him that he walked into this pathetic service situation, but he just cut me off to tell me he didn’t need my attitude. He did agree to refund my meal but I haven’t seen it. Frankly I don’t care. What I really want is friendly and prompt service.

I use to work at this location for 2 years 19 years ago…our service was immaculate!! I went twice because this is in our neighborhood..and it’s just ran all the way down from service to food. Attitudes. It just isn’t a pleasant trip. One day they were shut down completely around 3 pm with no notes anywhere. Brought entire family after church and the shake machine was down. I do no recommend this location. There is one by citadel mall that is terrific

Horrible service, horrible staff. My mother in law and brother went to sonic yesturday and placed a order for a couple of ice creams. They waited for over an hour and nothing. They forgot all about the order never acknowledge them or told them it was on the way no communication at all. This isn’t the first time this has happen. Its happen to myself and a couple family members. Never going back to thia location and will leteveryone I know not to go back as well. Need to clean house and get staff and new management. They obviously dont know how to do there jobs!!!

This sonic is a joke. I don’t understand why they are still open. The only reason why I gave it as many stars as I did is the manager Amanda was amazing. I ordered through their online app when I got there. Amanda came out to let me know that they did not have product to make what I had ordered she offered to, make what they did have or to replace it with items she had in stock. She was very professional and friendly. This is of the first time that I’ve dealt with ordering online just end up getting to the store and them not having product in stock. It would be helpful if they had access to turn off online ordering if they do not have the product in the store kudos to Amanda for handling the situation, professionally and friendly

Stopped by for a quick bite, and they produced the best jalapeno poppers I’ve had, to date. So that was a nice surprise. Of course the drinks are always really good, I got the featured Coke with Cherry , vanilla, and Lime, it’s so good.

I’ve come here twice in the last week. The first time I sat in a parking spot for over 10 minutes after pushing the order button with no response. Decided to try again today and have been waiting outside in their eating area for over 15 minutes to have my order taken. Meanwhile the drive thru is moving quickly. Irritating.

Literally the worst Sonic location in the Springs for at least the last year. It doesn’t matter how you order – via the Sonic App, a delivery service, or in person, at least 50% of your order will be incorrect EVERY time, and at least two items will be missing EVERY time. If you order at any “rush” time any day of the week, it’ll take 45+ minutes to get your food, and if any of your drinks or desserts are frozen, expect them to be melted because this location evidently makes those items first.

The food was good and the drinks were even better. The service was super slow. I understand that summer has just hit and they are getting busier but I shouldn’t have to wait in drive thru for 30 minutes. They need to hire more staff in order to get the orders out quicker. The atmosphere was good.

Absolutely the worst service. I came to get my kids slashes, pulled up and hit the button at the drive up and was told I need to go through the drive through. The line was super long but since I promised my kids I figured I could wait. When I finally got up to where I could order there was a sign saying out of slashes and ice cream!!!! That would have been nice to know when they told me to use the drive through before waiting for 20mins in line for nothing. To top it off the whole time I was in line an employee was outside washing a car I assume was his with the car with a pressure washer. I told them it would have been nice to know earlier and instead of dude washing his car maybe he could be helping/ even holding a sign informing customers not to use the drive up and that there are out of stuff, get it together

I recommend NOT coming to this location. I just placed a mobile order today around 4pm. While waiting for my order to come out, a car hop came to my window and said they’re closed and cannot give me my order. They stated they have no idea how to dispute the charge on the app. It’s now 4:35pm and you’re still able to place mobile orders even though they’re “closed”. I should have taken the other recent reviews seriously and saved myself the headache
