I usually don’t relieve as a dasher but I’ve had multiple problems with the Sonic as a DoorDash driver and anybody who’s a DoorDash or I would suggest skipping the orders for this location. I’ve had it happen multiple times where I’ll push the button. Tell them I’m there to pick up an order just for them to say will be right out and leave me sitting for 30+ minutes this specific night I’ve seen multiple people come and go before I had my customers order when an actuality it’s their customer and it says a lot when the DoorDash or cares more for their customer. No wonder why there’s only six stalls and multiple stalls have been taken out and they have a 3.3 rating. This Sonic will probably be dead soon. Just like the other sonics fair warning to DoorDash skip this location.

Ordered on door dash and I have no clue how they messed up this order so bad. I ordered a bacon burger with no onions pickles ketchup or mayonnaise. It came with only onions and pickles and some weird sauce that wasn’t even supposed to come with the burger. No bacon or any of the other toppings I did ask for. Then the second burger I ordered extra pickles on and it came with none. I wondered if maybe it had come out wrong on their side but there it was clear as day completely obvious on the receipt. Not too sure how you can even mess that up. Now that I’ve checked other reviews it seems they may need to consider replacing all staff here. They just seem to keep messing everything up.

The drive thru was not working so wait was longer than usual. The 3 person crew did a fast job of taking orders and wait was around 12 minutes. They are a hard working crew and the food tasted better for their hard work.

When I say I ordered online, the missed an item, they said I could come back for said item so I did and bring my roommate so he could get food , I remind them that I’m the guy who’s wrap they forgot (on top of the fact that I ordered my girl the French toast sticks and they didn’t give me syrup because I didn’t add syrup to the order) and order a new order for my friend. They forget the same wrap and offer me the wrap and refund if I came back. I came back and this is the wrap I received with no refund . Chicken “bacon” and queso wrap for reference item.

We ordered cheeseburger with a medium chili cheese, top and a large Powerade. I got mustard on my cheeseburger ask them to remake it and when they remade it all they put was meat, cheese, tomato, and pickle on it with no condiments. They did give me a large tater tot, but it was so salty. I couldn’t eat it. My partner got a chili cheese county foot-long with fries. The fries were so salty. He didn’t even eat them. The manager continue to argue with me about the cheeseburger until I had to point to the actual menu, saying what condiment come on it, and he refuse to believe it he was in his own world, and I was quite not happy to wear my partner had to yell at him for him to remake it. We will definitely not be back. This was a overall terrible experience

Service was okay, the person taking our order seemed a little impatient or annoyed with us, not sure if this was because of the speaker being a little static filled and they couldn’t hear us well but they didn’t seem very pleasant. Our car hopper that delivered the food seemed a little standoffish but wasn’t downright awful. The Sonic looks a little run down outside, we weren’t sure if it was open or not when we got there because it looked closed down. Limited ordering stalls, there were 4 and the rest were mobile pickups and park and eat stalls, the normal drive through is open though. The food itself was good. Tasted like every other Sonic I’ve been to, though my burger was lukewarm and not hot. We ate there in the lot so it’s not like we drove home and it was cold or anything. We ordered 2 burgers with large drinks and sides, a kids meal, and a large order of mozzarella sticks with the total coming to $38, overall not a bad price for the amount of food, especially around this area. My husband and daughter said their food was hot and delicious. We would eat here again.

I like going there for their slushes and milkshakes. The food is okay as long as it’s fresh. I do enjoy their motzerella sticks. Those are fresh every time!

I wish I had a better review. I went through the drive thru for two shakes, minis at that. Not sure what took so long as there was only one car in front of me, not only was I presented with a mess, the lids did not fit properly which if you can imagine is annoying as it’s a shake and practically melted. I was surprised and ask if they got new cups and the girl kept saying “that is the mini” yeah, I KNOW hence me being the one who ordered that size, however why does the cup look like it belongs at a dealerships lounge for coffee? It wasn’t even a styrofoam cup that is usually used for shakes and ice drinks… weird. Anyways pics included, avoid this place at all cost.

Between 6:45 pm & 7:pm Saturday evening, We Ordered 2 dbl cheeseburger meals, 1 with tots & 1 w fries & 2 blasts totaling over $37.00. I specified in talking monitor for them to be made fresh but received both burgers, fries & tots at room temperature. Very disappointed in food quality, gave to dogs when got home. But the blast were yummy. This is 2nd time in a row receiving room temperature food.
