Absolutely the worst experience at a Sonic in my entire life! Ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and a blt for my wife. Wait for 10 minutes in line another 10 for them to take my payment and then 20 minutes for my food. My wife opens the Blt and it had only one burnt piece of bacon broken in two, and something is weird with my bun??? I don’t know but I’m sure someone who works at a Sonic can explain why it’s weirdly burnt on top. Look if you are going to take forever making the food the least you could do is make it right and worth the money I paid for it!

We ordered our food and received the wrong order. We thenfore paid for the wrong order and our own because we were told that our first payment didnt work (it did work, they just got our order confused) they gave us the wrong order and I had to tell them that it was wrong. They brought us our actual order and told us that we’d be refunded in the next couple days. (Its been 2 weeks and it still hasn’t been added back to my account). They then asked for the wrong order back and walked to the car next to us and handed them the bag that we had. Very unsanitary and unprofessional.

If I could give the Woodland Park sonic location, a negative stars I would. I don’t believe I have ever had a positive experience at this location. Even when ordering online you still have to wait. The last time I was there, we ordered two blast one with extra races. The one with extra had an amount that should be in a regular one and the other had very few M&M’s. My daughter ended up wasting most of it because of that. it seems like there is almost never anyone around to help. Worst sonic location I’ve been too. Woodland Park Colorado.

This Sonic is notoriously busy, but they always do a great job!!! Tonight, was no different! Line around the building, but drive thru employee was outgoing, friendly, and my order was made perfect!

Update March 2023-

Overall this location has not been an issue and I have had good service. However, I have noticed the past couple times the customer service has grown exponentially, just above and beyond what is usually good service, food is hot and order made correctly, and I also noticed the drive-thru is trying to be faster with taking and filling orders!

Update August 2023:

I wish service was more consistent at this location. There are many times service and food is spot on, but when service is food is bad, it’s bad. There seems to be no in-between tbh. And ice cream machine is down. Which, tbh, I don’t understand when half the menu is ice cream related items.

Update December 2023:

I just wish this place was so much more consistent!!!!! There are times that the customer service is spot on- and other times it is just terrible. There was no one in the drive-thru and no one parked in the “pods” and yet the employee told me it would take 10 minutes to get my food after ordering in drive thru. She was not super friendly at all, and yes, it took more than 10 minutes. Then the bag was handed to me, no “thank you,” no “sorry for the wait,” and the condiments requested were not included. I truly wonder how long this place will stay open up here. It’s falling apart with customer service!

Update February 2024:

This location has seen amazing customer service and employees as well as struggled. I do believe it is because of the location and the rural area surrounding this location in the county- I am sure it is difficult to find reliable employees on a consistent basis. However, I wanted to give a shoutout and a HUGE KUDOS because I have noticed the last few times (I come about 1-2 times a week for your amazing drinks), the service in drive-thru has been EXCEPTIONAL! Employees are quick, friendly, and professional. I wish I could remember the 2 young females who work there, but I do remember the male employee- Miles, who gave my pup a pup cup. This store has received a lot of flack online for its struggle with customer service (reviews), and I just wanted to say that I see a huge improvement and difference in the level of efficiency for this store. I am not sure if there is a new manager, or more stable employees, but there IS a difference and it is great! Thank you!

Update June 2024:

I am torn and don’t want to knock this place too much because maybe it is under new management. Who knows. I just know that the times I have been there- the drive-thru has offered small pup cups of whipped cream for my dogs. This last time when I ordered food and then asked for 2 pup cups I was informed I would have to pay for the pup cup. What?! I didn’t even bother to ask how much the pup cup was because to be honest I thought that was just ridiculous! Make a 35.00 plus order and have to pay for 2 small small small cups of whipped cream?!?!? I just feel that is so nickel and diming the customer! Learned my lesson not to keep giving this location a chance. Throughout the 4 plus years I have been a customer here- the service is up, down, up, down and you never know what you will get. Not worth guessing anymore with the prices and lack of customer service!

I ordered online got to sonic checked in and sat and waited for 20 min for 2 drinks and then i had to go up to the door and still didnt see anybody in the store so after knocking on the door for about 3 min a girl finally came to the door so i ask for my order wich had been sitting on the counter for atleast 10 min and she went to hand them to me and you could clearly see my cherry limeade had gotten watered down so i said something and she proceeded to tell me she just made them now remember i have been at the door for like 7 min at this time and all she could say was o well you have a blessed day! And after all that there is no real cherry or lime in my cup. Needless to say i will not be back to this sonic!

If I could give zero stars I would. I should have known better ordering from them. Woodland park sonic is the worst sonic I’ve ever had. Today I ordered chili cheese tots and a blast. I ordered a large tot. There was hardly any tots to call this a large and basically no cheese! It was all chili! I did DoorDash or I would have returned the item and asked for my money back!
At least they made my blast correctly. Kinda hard to mess up ice cream with candy in it.

Good shakes during summer, 1/2 price shakes after 8. Staff is usually super friendly and fairly accurate to get my orders right. Usually fast service, and a generally a good experience. Gracie was super friendly and willing to help with our online order!

I love the variety! You can get hotdogs, hamburgers, or chicken. They have tater tots, onion rings, and french fries! They have an amazing chose of drinks!

The downsides are they sometimes mess up your order (example: forget to leave the onions off) and they sometimes take a very long time to get your food out. When the food takes a long time, the hot food will come out luke-warm.

Sometimes, you get fantastic service and other times, you get disappointing service.

For me inconsistency, keeps me from coming back to a restaurant that I would love to frequent!

This place is a literal joke. Apparently they don’t understand how to read their order screens and make an order correct. I would be incredibly embarrassed to be the owner of the franchise. Also, when you correct the staff on a mistake, they come back petty. What happened to the customer is always right? If I had the attitude of the workers in this business, I WOULD NOT HAVE A JOB. My husband also asked the woman THREE times to give us our receipt and continued to ignore him. Learn how to do your job. Or leave and let someone who is actually willing to be a good employee, work.
