Went to sonic tonight 2/18/2026
Noticed the stalls were up and working so we pulled up to them to figure out our order, pushed the button waited, it went back to the regular screen three times! So I was like what’s going on. We pulled up to the drive through and asked the lady if the stalls were not working, she replied no that’s why we don’t have them on, I replied that they in fact are on and thy should have put up sign, she replied to me rudely again what do you want I said I needed a sec.! Said if I was going to be so rude to leave, I said I will and and I’ll speak with your manager and asked her name where she did not reply to me. I said what are you scared? Now not speaking, I went to the window to again ask her name where she told me to come back tomorrow and talk to her manager but she would sure tell them what happened I replied and so what is your name so I can tell them, finally got her name and left. I have NEVER experienced someone so rude, they could have came out to tell me the stall did not work and I would have to go through drive though. Instead be rude?? How is this place still up and going with as many complaints about staff etc??! Would love for a manager to contact me or even a big corporate office!

The order boards were broken. We sat there for 8 minutes waiting for our order to be taken before we realized they were down.

We went to the drive through to order. There were 2 cars in front of us. We waited 10 more minutes to get our order in. Come to find out their drive through speaker was faulty broken too. They couldn’t hear what we were ordering and we couldn’t hear them either. It took another 10 minutes to get the food.

We had been in our car for 15 hours when we stopped if we knew it was going to take a half hour, we would have sat down to eat somewhere and had a good meal.

The food was gross and my milkshake was wrong. It was a complete waste of $35 for a hotdog meal, burger meal and a kids meal. Nasty.

The only good thing was the customer service I received from Benji. He was amazing. I felt for him having to deal with all of these issues.

One of our orders wasn’t acknowledged for a while, the servers were alright. It seems like that had a rough day. The food was good for a sonic, and it was pretty clean. We were able to eat on the benches outside and it was pretty good! Once the orders were put in the food came out fairly quickly

Sat at the drive thru for 5 min….went to a stall and pushed thr button…waited another 5 min. We were literally the only car there. Called the number and no answer.

Sat next to the intercom for 15 minutes along with 2 other vehicles waiting to order. Pushed the order button multiple times. No response. One of the employees inside walked by the window 3 different times and saw us all sitting there. Still nothing. Finally, after we gave up and left, another one of the workers just stood by the door staring at us while we drove away lol. An odd experience to say the least. Perhaps there was an issue with the intercoms?

We stopped in the Sonic to grab a cool drink during 1/2 price time. I pulled up to the speaker to order waited n waited. I heard static on the speaker and started to give my order . The voice came on n asked to give them some time. After 4-5 minutes later another car pulled in behind us. They pulled around us n went to the window. Apparently still no service . They left and I went to the window . No service either. We also left and noticed a car hop taking an order outside

Pulled up to the order board. There were no signs telling me that they were only doing drive thru. After pressing the button and waiting about 20 minutes an employee came out and told me and several other vehicles that they were only doing drive thru. Very poor service and management. I will not be back.

We usually bring our puppy, then someone told us we had to leave and told us they all the sudden don’t allow dog on the patio. They took forever to bring out our food. The stalls never work. Half the time they tell you go go threw the drive thru. Our order came out 20 minutes late
