I sit in the drive thru line, and see this big poster on the wall talking about how this sonic store is rated best of business in 2025 for their outstanding service and reviews and blah blah, they get my order slightly wrong and upon me pointing it out, in the most gentle ways, their “friendly” service is nowhere to be found almost as if THEM messing up my order and being called on it, is my fault. They have me pull into a stall because “the whole order has to be redone” and this girl vouldnt have been more annoyed. Totally understandable but also super unprofessional.
I sit in the stall for about 5 minutes before she comes out with a receipt, just as angry as before, if not worse, asks me to read the receipt to make sure its right. I do and I pount out that everything is right except for the size of the first 3 meals. She questions me as if I read it wrong, which I did not.
Then proceeds to very RUDELY give me my total and snatches my card from me. . .
100% the LAST time I will ever come to this location and 100% a FALSE “Best Business” rating if you ask me.
When my order is FINALLY brought out to me. It is practically THROWN in my car and the employee gets in her car and speeds off. And guess what. My order was STILL wrong. Upon going up to the window and addressing the manager, she states this employee was also a “manager”.

End of story, this manager that is correcting the issues, Kaylee, is the only reason this store deserves any good rating.
That other little girl should find a new job.

I just wanted a junior double cheeseburger which comes with ketchup and pickles. My burger came with no ketchup, no pickles No mustard and the bun was so soaked in grease it was wet. So I took it back for a refund and it’s not that they made a mistake. It’s how they handled it. Not one word was said to me. Not one as I briefly stated the reason for my refund request, it felt almost hostile towards the customer as opposed to just even a hey. Sorry for the trouble. Monique10070 had zero interest in customer service. She continued her work on the ordering computer for at least 5 minutes which was a very long time for me to stand at her elbow and wait in silence. I’m not sure why she couldn’t stop her work, was it a high priority inventory? A hostile takeover not to be interrupted? Then without a word she dropped my greasy hamburger bag in the trash and issued me a refund. For that. I am grateful but I will not be back.

Usually in the afternoons there’s a young man who’s working, notices if things are wrong as he’s handing them and is very sweet and welcoming. He’s the reason we started coming back to this location. Apparently he was off today or it was too late. Ordered and not much. A smash burger, moz sticks, cheddar bites and a Fritos wrap, plus 2 drinks and some sauce. Wait for 15 minutes on top of the 10 min drive after ordering. We ended up with a corn dog and tator tots. Go back, they said they’re fixing it. We see everything in there and ask for the sauces again. Get home, go to eat, Fritos wrap: chicken, cheese and bacon??? Smashburger: no pickles, cold, halfway through a curly dark hair. Moz sticks: cold, hard like a string cheese out of the fridge. The cheddar bites aren’t mine to speak for so unsure. 2/3 sauce packets have holes in the top leaking.. yuck. Cold, expensive and wrong not once but twice. Now we went back and spent MORE of our own money because you can’t mention that things are wrong without attitude and not being able to trust the employees. And can the employees do anything else to make it right? They couldn’t make it right by fixing the order the first time and now won’t after it was that gross? Such a bummer. Won’t be back. Hope that young man is appreciated and hope he decides to move onto better. Will miss seeing him though and thought things may have changed from last summer with the very rude girls working. Guess not.

One of THE WORST Sonic restaurants. They get something wrong for a majority of our orders.

The food quality is usually mediocre and, often times, just plain awful. They usually have overcooked fried foods that are often rock hard and inedible (see attached pictures) This frequently happens with tots, groovy fries, fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and French toast sticks… Just to name a handful of items.

They also struggle with paying attention to the details of your mobile order.

They rarely do the easy ice correctly. The drinks are almost always filled half full with ice. That is NOT easy ice. (see attached pictures)

Once when I went back to get it corrected, they gave us 4 drinks filled half full of ice and the employee rolled her eyes at me before she went to do it.

Today, we ordered 4 diet Cokes. We got easy ice the first time, but they ended up being 4 REGULAR Cokes. We didn’t realize it until we got home. We drove all the way back to have it corrected.

They asked to see the receipt (which shows easy ice). It was even worse after they “CORRECTED” them. We received 4 large diet Cokes… NOT easy ice…2 weren’t filled all the way … And 2 were mostly just carbonation.

The tater tots container was only filled 3/4 of the way full and 1/4 of those were rock hard and INEDIBLE!!! (See attached pictures)

Half of the French toast sticks were ALSO rock hard and INEDIBLE!!! (See attached pictures)

Terrible customer service is the other negative thing about this location. We have had at least 10 encounters where the employees have an attitude and roll their eyes or sigh or are just plain rude. One employee sighed and rolled his eyes when we asked for a drink carrier because we had ordered FOUR drinks.

We try to avoid this location as much as possible. I will always tell other people to avoid this location.

The management needs to take notice and take action to make changes to provide a consistent level of high quality food, pay attention to details of an order, and consistently provide a high level of customer service.

The food costs too much money to settle for terrible food and service.

The actions of the employees at this location communicate a message of “we don’t care.” I guarantee you will lose a lot of business when you allow your employees to behave this way and when you don’t hold your employees accountable about providing good customer service.

The management and ownership needs to show that they care about their customers if they want to retain their customers.

I noticed that they were named Thornton’s best fast-food restaurant. I believe that they are because they always do my mobile order correctly because i add extra stuff, but the 104th Sonic never does it, and you can see the difference. So thank you keep up the great work y’all 🙂

9:30 AM, I’m tired and hangry and the only thing that could quench my starvation was a SUPERsonic breakfast burrito. I pull up to the drive thru order for 2, and I’m ready for my order. I hear the microphone activate, and all I hear is a grunt from a male voice I would assume, then after that, silence. I called out, “Hello” in various accents as I’m getting delusional with anxiety. No answer. I drove forward to the window and I do not see anyone although there were 4 employee cars parked.

So I pulled up to the carhop menu and press the big red button. So then I press it, the microphone activated, but immediately hung up. Again, I call out in desperation. Why would they just hang up on little old me? Maybe it was a mistake. So I press it again after waiting as the screen said to wait as someone would be helping me soon. So I’m patient. Then the screen goes back to the starting page to tell me to press the big red button again.

Of course, when there’s a red button, by law you must press it for science. So I pressed it again. Same thing, mic on mic off. I pressed it again. On, off. The definition of insanity is now creeping up in my mindset as I had spoke so highly of the SUPERsonic breakfast burrito to my wife as it was a childhood staple of my school life every morning and I wanted to prove to her that Sonic can have good burritos because there’s tater tots inside.

It was only until I realized that I was just being played like a fool. Probably it was the fake Red Honda Civic Type R owner playing a prank on me, surely. Or the other 3 employee vehicles. Possibly all 4 of them had to spontaneously need to have a bathroom break. All I know is my feelings and relationship was broken out of betrayal by this location.

With multiple reviews with the same concern, where are the workers? Where is the district manager? Or GM to investigate? Why is this red Honda Civic trying to hard to look like a Type R? We all know it’s not. Not that we care, I just want my SUPERsonic burrito. I’m sad.

I am beyond frustrated with this location. I consistently order a #15 and a #16 burrito only, specifically requesting NO JALAPENOS for both. I clarify this over the speaker and again at the window. Despite this, I’ve had to throw away three burritos because they keep including them. Jalapeños make me sick when a customer asks for an ingredient to be removed, it isn’t a suggestion it’s a necessity. If you have dietary restrictions or sensitivities, avoid this location they do not listen. I’ve given this store multiple chances, but the lack of attention to detail is a health hazard. I’m tired of wasting money on a health hazard.

One star.. we ordered two large cranberry slushies.
Got home.. discovered they were Strawberry.
Literally, one order of just the cranberry slushies and they got it wrong.
There was no one in front of us, no one behind us. They weren’t busy at all so it can’t be blamed on that. Very disappointed

I got 2 smashburgers and both of them were still raw in several spots. Before even taking a bite, they weren’t firm enough and the exterior coloring was too light. I had to microwave them just to get them cooked enough to consume. They either didn’t have the grill hot enough or didn’t look at them before setting on the bun.
