This place always takes over 20 minutes to get food. Then, the staff doesn’t get the orders right.
Today was especially bad. Ordered mozzarella sticks, did not receive marinara sauce. Ordered the breakfast burrito, did not receive the salsa. Ordered a burger combo, the tater tot container was barely halfway full.
I never have a good experience here, yet I enjoy Sonic and their food and drink offerings, so I still come. But it never fails, the long wait time and missing items is inevitable.

I’ve ordered the same sparkling water with lime and strawberry for years… to now charge .30 per slice of lime and .50 per strawberry seems VERY expensive. Totally understand needing to profit but that’s outrageous. That’s after charging $3.59 for a sparkling water so the drink was over $7. That’s an outrageous. Officially the last time I’ll be checking out a sonic, I can just make that at home!

I love Sonic but this location always disappoints. I ordered large chili cheese tots and jumbo chicken at the pull up spot not the drive through. Than an after thought ordered a limeade. Food took long time to come out my drink came out first and they were surprised when I told them I ordered food first and was still waiting. Food came out hot but when i got home this was what I had. A large tots tube bot even half full barley any chili and cheese the the jumbo chicken was only crumbs which tasted like they were left over from the day before. If I lived closer I would have took it back not worth the money. My drink was goo’s but my medium size looked like a small size. This is the 3ed time I tried this location i won’t return.

Stopped in to get a blast for my granddaughter and myself. Ordered at the kiosk by the benches to sit outside. It looks like it’s supposed to be a touch screen, but the protective plastic over the screen makes it impossible. So no way to leave a tip. Oh well. But the bad part was that my blast had Reese’s pieces in it even though I ordered the Heath Bar pieces. And on top of that, not much in the way of either other than the sprinkle on top.

the car hop didn’t greet us or use any verbal communication simply just shoves both drinks into my hands and walked away. I was wanting to confirm the quality and size of my drink and the drive through worker was short and rude providing no customer service and simply brushed us off and closed the window after vaguely answering our questions.

Hands down the worst sonic I have ever had. All my food was lukewarm. My shakes were melted. I asked to have my blast corrected and they were literally just topped with the candy. Even when I explained that to one of the staff members they seemed annoyed and when I received it, it had eyelashes in it and was melted. The chocolate shake…cannot even be counted as a chocolate shake… I threw away my food because I was so upset. So I only got a picture of my sons shake. Save yourself the time and money and go to another sonic or somewhere else.

I stopped in for a chocolate-chip cookie dough spoon-bender, and there is NOTHING spoon-bending about this. I took the lid off, took a bite and immediately went back through the drive-thru which is a hassle in and of itself, but more so when I need to get back to work. I said, this was supposed to be a chocolate-chip -cookie-dough spoon-bender, would you mind adding some cookie-dough? The gal said, yeah, it is a cookie-dough-bender.. I stirred it in front of her and showed her the only 5 tiny, “tiny” pieces of cookie-dough and asked really? She said, yes, look toward the bottom. I said, well, I just stirred it up from the bottom and what you saw is all there is. She just looked behind her, I suppose for some kind of support from another employee, shrugged her shoulders and started to close the window. I said I would NOT be back (as if she cares) and that they could do better. (She just grins and looks away) I won’t be back. Things are expensive more so than ever, and I expect quality items for my money. There are other Sonics, and they do a better job. Shame on you, who aren’t training a more professional staff. They would get less flack, and more work satisfaction, I’m sure if they knew even an inkling of customer service. This is just a whole lotta vanilla ice cream. It wouldn’t have hurt to add some chocolate-chip cookie dough to make it look like what I ordered. I kinda hope when she orders sneakers from Anazon they come without the shoe strings..

Ordered a garlic butter burger without onions. Put them on the side. To my surprise it’s onions on my burger and the ones on the sides isn’t even grilled. Asked for tots without salt. It was an ungodly amount which made it tough to eat. Tried to call to resolve the issue the phone number online posted isn’t working. Wasn’t provided a receipt with my order. All the while it took 15+mins for my order to come out and food was luke warm. I had more than just my meal. Very dissatisfied with today’s experience.
