Made me wait for two corn dogs. Bit into it only to see that the batter was uncooked AND specifically asked for ketchup only to receive mustard and one ranch sauce? I’m not sure who the general manager at this location is but they seriously need to get their team together. People could get sick.

Holy crap, they must be on hard times at this Sonic! They just charged me .20¢ for 1 ketchup and 1 mayo packet! They gave 2 packets of salsa that I did not ask for for free and then upcharge the ketchup for crying out loud! I know it’s not a lot of money but, it is the principle of the thing… I have never paid for ketchup at a fast food restaurant in nearly half a century on this planet… Didn’t pay for ketchup across town either. Also, 3 people in the car and 1 peppermint, screw you!

Hi I really hope a manager reads this. Please check who you have on staff this evening October 2, 2025. There was a young girl at the drive through window with brown hair and heavy eye makeup with the worst attitude. She got my order wrong and decided to be rude the entire time from ordering to receiving the order. It was so bad I decided to leave a review rather than go back and risk having her spit in my drink. She really should be written up or find a different place to work if shes going to insist on being that way. Because now im leaving a review for the way she represented this establishment.

I don’t usually leave reviews unless the service is the worst, but this visit to Sonic was beyond disappointing. We ordered FOUR meals and were only given four ketchup packets—seriously? Was told they were running low on supplies. The food tasted old and reheated, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The drinks were watered down, completely lacking flavor.
To top it off, when we brought our concerns to the manager, she had an uncaring and careless attitude—no apology, no effort to make things right. It felt like our business didn’t matter at all.
This was hands down the worst $40 I’ve ever spent. I won’t be returning, and I’d recommend others think twice before doing so either.

I almost never post reviews but this time I had to. I love sonic but this location TOTALLY SUCKS!
My fav thing from sonic is usually corn dogs and the sodas. Today order my 2 favs. And I got a really dry, burnt corn dog. Really bad. Plus smaller than they used to, so idk what happened. Also my soda today, was FLAT, no gas and I didn’t even order ice so idk how it got flat flat, but the worse part. When I try the soda, IT TASTES LIKE MILDEW I had to tossed it immediately. Do they clean the soda machines?!? I don’t think so

We had the new Peanut Butter Bacon Burger and a Peanut Butter Shake and Onion rings. They were really good but messy. And the service was very good and fast.

The customer service at this Sonic drive-thru is legit the worst. They basically throw your food at you, and when you ask for ketchup or anything, they turn around and don’t listen to you. And, heaven forbid they get your order wrong because you’re just going to have to drive around and go right through the line again because no one’s going to respond to a knock on the window or a honk or even you trying to speak with them other than through a speaker.

I have never had any issues with this Sonic location, like I have at other locations. I ordered hamburger and fries. The hamburger was warm, bread was soft(unlike other locations where the bread tasted stale). Fries were hot. Mainly when I do come it is in the morning and I only order french toast sticks, which are also good.(once they cool down)

Stopped in to get my usual cherry limeade with extra cream, but got no cream which I had to pay extra for. Asked the car hop where the cream was and he proceeded to me it was in there, judge for yourself and tell me where the cream is!!!!
