Ordered chili cheese fries. Fries were past stale and they decided to just hide it with the chili. We waited in an empty drive thru as if we were holding on fresh food. I would’ve returned it but was already on 104th. Won’t be returning to this location.

This is the only Sonic in the area I’ve had issues with. They take much longer than estimated wait times for mobile orders, twice now they have given me fries that are cold and only half full. Today they took 10 mins past the estimated time to get me just a drink, the ice was almost all melted, and half the drink was foam. She told me that’s just how it looks and gave me an attitude when I asked for it to be remade.

The food I just received was disgusting. burnt egg, hardened cheese and I don’t even know how to describe how gross it all tasted, so bad it had to be intentional. I had to spit it out. I ordered through door dash so luckily got a refund + a $15 credit already but I’m still upset. I was a regular customer and I will not be back.

This is the second Sonic I drove to, the girl taking my order was incredibly rude. It appeared that adding things to my order made her increasingly more agitated with every item ordered. The first one is a mile from my house and it was the same thing but worse. I’ll never visit another Sonic. Attitude for spending that amount of money is diabolical. Good luck

Terrible. It busy and waited 44 minutes for food. Onion rings soggy. Fried half full and overcooked lukewarm. Bleh. Awful location.

This location is on average a 3-4 star experience at best. There are times that they are fast, and accurate, but most of the time they’ll forget something like napkins or a dipping sauce and you’ll wait on average five minutes if order ahead on the app ( I usually do). However, I’m not sure what the problem was but having to wait 20 minutes to get my food handed to me, after it sat in their window for a minimum of 10 minutes. Half of the ice in my drink was melted before I had to go in and demand they hand me my bag of food. I watched carefully after car, person after person, order after order get taken and completed in the time I was there. Absolutely ridiculous to have to wait that amount of time after ordering on the online app. Since the workers here had decided to completely ignore my order everything is now cold. So be careful coming here, they might just ignore you.

This was the worst experience I have had at a sonic before. I ordered a basic order for pickup at 315, I showed up at 315, asked for my food, and then waited for 20 minutes. They then came out and told me they didn’t have the boba for the drinks, so they hadn’t made the order. They said they would make it, and after waiting another 15 minutes, during which at least 5 people got through the drive thru. After that, I got my food, and the “large” chili cheese tots I had ordered barely filled half of the box it was in, and looked like they had been sitting for 20+ minutes. This is ridiculous.
