I just spent almost $7 on a cup of vanilla ice cream. I ordered the turtle truffle nut blast and it had three pieces of chocolate in it. No caramel, no nuts. I even questioned the guy in the drive thru as it looked like a cup of ice cream. He assured me it was what I ordered. The only reason they get two stars is because the other two drinks were fine.

Wrong items in order. I specifically customized on the app. Nothing I wanted was on burger. Tried calling when I got home. They don’t pick up phone. Wasted money. Other comments say app is worthless. I will agree. Too bad too, the runners at restaurant are super nice and polite. When this place loses customers the staff pays the price.

We ordered using the online option. I ordered it for pickup 15 minutes out. I picked it up, everything was ready, but it was all cold. There was almost no chili on the coney chili dog. We were a bit disappointed. Service was friendly.

Absolutely horrible. We waited over 40 minutes for our food to arrive cold like it actually felt cold to the touch and our drinks were melted. I called customer service for a refund for my time wasted and inedible food. She offered me a coupon to come back. You can guarantee I will never be back. As a business owner I rather make things right than have an unsatisfied customer sharing their awful experience.

Did not get complete order and took forever like all thier locations do. We ordered two orders of cookie dough bites, and they gave us two just one in each order.. Lol, they come three in an order with a side of ice cream. Not to mention, the sweet tea was trash. They had chicken in place of two of the six dough bites. Did not receive a receipt and had an appointment, so it is very doubtful it will be rectified.

horrible service every time we come here. they take minutes or don’t respond when trying to order in the drive through and when they fail to respond to you through the speaker for 5+ minutes they stare at you through the drive through window and won’t open it. every time it’s atleast 15-20 minutes spent in the line.

Their prices are much higher than what is listed on the menu. An employee told me months ago that there is no way for them to lower the price to match what it said on the menu, and that drive thru board has not been updated in years. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
