Absolutely terrible service. Placed an online order through the website. Showed up at the time it said it would be ready. Checked In through the website and waited 25 minutes in the stall I checked on, before I had to call. They said my order wasn’t showing up, but while I was still on the phone the manager brought out my order. WOMP WOMP!
This isn’t the first time I experience terrible service at this location, but it will definitely be the last time. Don’t waste YOUR time, because time is money. It ain’t worth your time or money.

Placed an order for one drink with the app at 2:47. Checked in at 2:50, after waiting in the stall for twenty minutes I went to the drive thru, told them I had been waiting a long time, and finally at 3:19 got my drink with no apologies, no nothing. There were tons of employees talking inside, it wasn’t busy, just miserable service.

I frequent this Sonic location when I want a quick bite to eat. Today, I ordered their pulled pork totchos, and surprisingly, it was pretty good! I wish the food had been piping hot, but it was warm, so I can’t complain. Some days, it is hit or miss with receiving great service from the drive-thru cashiers. Today, I had a great cashier! Even though the wait for my food was 7 minutes, her great attitude made up for the wait. My order, with tax, came out to $3.78, which was great!

Imagine being a business that doesnt accept bills larger than 20. That to me means you dont trust your employees and you think they are going to steal. Hire better staff and you dont have to worry about it. Will never go back again. Period

Sonic Drive-In almost never disappoints me. They have awesome food and even better drinks. Especially this location in specific has great employees and customer service (in my experience), I had problems with some other locations a while ago, but this location is way better!

Overall, I still like Sonic, I used to love the Sonic chili cheese coney, but I’ve been highly disappointed with the coneys lately. I ordered a burger, a chili cheese coney, Tots and a drink. The SuperSONIC Bacon Double Cheeseburger was made exactly the way I ordered it (no Mayo, add mustard, onions, pickle & jalapeños), and it was pretty darn good, I must say. Tots were ok. They could have been fried a bit longer, but thats just being picky. The drink (Strawberry Limeade), of course, was good, I’ve always been impressed with their drink menu, and I love their ice, my wife will make me go get a drink just so I can get a bag of ice. In the summer, they do run out. Now, as far as my coney, it looked like it was prepared by an angry kid, very little chili & and cheese. I added mustard, tomatoes, and onions. It was more mustard than chili. The tomatoes were just thrown in. I still like Sonic, but please get the coneys back on track.

Waited in drive-thru for 30 Minutes. I get you guys have a bunch of children working there but they can learn. Whoever is training them needs to retrain all of them. My food was cold I asked for fries got tots. I asked for a cherry limeade and got a coke. My toast was burnt. When I called the employee had no idea what to say or do. I asked if I can get a refund or my food remade. She was so clueless. There was no manager to talk to. Crazy town.

I went to stall #14 they never answered. Then I went on the drive through and she asked me twice if I wanted cheese on my burger. When I get the burger, there’s no cheese. Then gives me fries in all my orders when I had asked for tater tots. No marinara for my mozzarella sticks. No ranch for my jalapeno poppers. No fork for my chili cheese fries.

So my buddy went got his burger form this Sonic and I went shortly after he did and got my drink and mozzarella sticks and burger the young lady working the window very rude opened the window said here then shut it after handing our food lack of customer service like at least said hello or something wasn’t even busy my buddy and I and maybe one other person there. Then we went to his house and bit into our food and our food was raw lot of pink in the burgers tasted horrible also barely any sauce on it. Was definitely a disappointment experience from my favorite restaurant.
