This sonic is probably the worst I’ve been too. Waited nearly 20-30 minutes after ordering for my order. Had to push the button at our stall to remind them about our order. Food finally came out. Not hot at all. Popcorn chicken wasn’t great. Cheese fries barely have any cheese. Our coneys were cold. Avoid this location if you can.

I’m honestly so disappointed and hurt by my experience at Sonic today. I haven’t eaten in three days because of a really heavy depression, and the first thing I actually craved and got the energy to go out for was Sonic. But when I got there, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. They claimed they didn’t have what I wanted, gave me something completely different instead, and even that wasn’t made right. It might sound small to some people, but when you’re already struggling just to get through the day, something like this hits harder than it should. I left feeling worse than when I came, and I wish they’d shown even a bit of care or kindness. I just wanted one decent meal and a little comfort — and instead, I got treated like I didn’t matter.

Rather drive to the canutillo one. When we come every single time the stalls don’t work. The intercom for drive thru doesn’t work anymore. And they always take a long time. The ice cream is made before we get there in advanced so by the time we get to them it’s super droopy. I don’t think you would like to get that yourself for your family so why give it to mine like that? The place is runned down like they don’t want customers to visit no more like they are tired to tend to orders.

The worst location ever they took 30 min to get our moble order out . Upon going to the drive threw the female ask if she can give us a free drink since for what we had been waiting . But to top it off I was charge an ocean water and never gave it to me . Don’t go to this location

Ordered food to go on Friday night through the app and food was pretty disgusting and inedible. I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes even after ordering ahead which would have been ok if food was good. All 3 burgers were burnt and dry. Both chili cheese coneys had stale extremely hard bread that we couldn’t even bite through and hardly any chilli cheese so they had to be thrown away. And all 3 orders of tots were still partially frozen. We had driven off and didn’t feel like driving back because we couldn’t even get a hold of a manager to warn about the food they are serving customers. This Sonic is the worst in the city.

My wife ordered for our kids and I and this peice of plastic was at the bottom of my blast. It was very well disguised until I nearly choked on it. Luckily it was my blast this peice was in and my kids didn’t choke on this peice, there could have been a fatality. Workers really need to pay attention to the machines and to what they are doing. I won’t recommend anyone eating here anymore, I know I or my family won’t be.

I received my order I was still talking asking Isabel for condiments and she just closed the window on me and walked away. I waited at the window Isabel acted as if I was not there. I had to call the phone number on the receipt. A young man finally assisted me. To top it off these are the cheese fries I got. Nasty I didn’t eat them. This is supposed to be nacho cheese not slapped on cheese for the burgers. Isabel you need better customer service you need to be retrained your face says it all when you’re talking to customers.

I only ordered a SS burrito and a route 44 dr pepper. The burrito only had 1 tiny little piece of sausage, the tomatoes fell out of the tortilla before I even took a bite. I did not receive a straw, as I asked for one, they closed the window. I’m an assistant manager for a restaurant, where is the quality check/assurance? I have only ordered from this location twice in the past couple months, I do not intend to order ever again.
