This is by far the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Yesterday I arrived in the drive thru line and after 10 minutes I arrive at the speaker to order. Nobody came to the microphone, and with the line being so long to get to the window, I decided to order at one of the lanes. God this was a mistake. I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for them to answer the screen in the lane. When they finally answered I was met with a rude employee who acted as if I was burdening them when asking for my order. I even asked “is it okay if I place this order?” because of the way the employee was speaking to me. After all is said and done, I was at sonic for around 45 minutes before I even got my food. That’s ridiculous. I could’ve gone to a steakhouse or a sit down restaurant and gotten my food faster than this place. I thought it was supposed to be called Sonic for a reason. On other occasions at this location, I’ve been turned away for no reason at all. One time I pulled into the drive through and an employee told me “We’re not taking orders right now, find somewhere else to go.” I have reached out to sonic customer support and they have nothing to say about my experience nor do they intend on mending the situation. This company, especially this location does not care about its customer service. I simply think it is ridiculous how they treated me as a guest.

If I could submit with no stars, my review would be that way! Drive thru was terrible! Waited for my food for 20+ minutes just for them to completely forget half of my order. The chicken tenders look burnt and super small the bread feels like a piece of plastic. Would’ve been better off throwing some dinosaur nuggets in the air fryer.

My experience wasn’t to good. The person that took my order was very nice but forgot to give me an item. Sonic is usually good about the food but my chicken was over cooked. I had to return to work so I did not return the food. I would have rated my experience less than 3 stars but the person that took my order made up for the lack of quality of the food

the employees are acting like everything is such an inconvenience and they act like even just your presence bothers them. they look at you and ignore you. service is absolutely terrible!!!! food and store lobby is there, it’s good. good music and at a good volume. but if you’re gonna be a terrible representation in customer service , then maybe you shouldn’t be working in customer service at all.

Super slow drive through at the Alameda location. I ordered a strawberry shake and waited 10 minutes for it. Plus the girl at the window wasn’t very friendly.

No such thing as happy hour, by that I mean, you can buy a drink at half price, but only drinks. No shakes, no slushes or floats. Also misleading, is Sonic’s secret menu, also no such thing. In trying to beat the heat and save a little bit of money, we got none. Left restaurant completely unsatisfied. Perhaps next time, we’ll just stick to our local, family owned, ice cream parlor.

I was already irritated cuz the app sucks. I didn’t bring my card with me so I was trying to use apple pay and couldn’t use it because I have to use it through the app. So they’ve spent 30 minutes of my lunch trying to make an application account. Then I order it and I can’t order a coconut cream slush on there. It comes out all stupid with just cream inside a blue coconut slush, and then I go through the drive through to spend more money on what I really wanted. And they didn’t give me what I wanted. Do they not know what is a blue coconut cream slush like does not nobody know what that is

Excellent service. Celest was amazing no more than 15 mins (big order) I’ve never have experience this in any other sonic and also while waiting for my order she was being efficient, she was receiving orders and giving people their orders. Amazing girl. Should get promoted if haven’t already looks like she knows what she is doing .i will keep coming to get my late night snack.

Also look at my pictures. We ordered medium fries and look what we got.. they are halfway full and that’s how they came from their kitchen.
