I went here twice recently. Both times, I pulled into a stall and pressed the red button. And waited. And waited. And waited some more. Finally, someone answers and mutters, “Would you please go through the drive thru?” The first time, fine. I did. And I ordered. And waited. And waited. And waited some more. To have them completely screw up the order. And I mean completely. Not even close to what I ordered. But I like Sonic. So I give them one more try the next day. Same thing. Pull into a stall. Push the button. “Would you please go through the drive thru?” Second time? No. I won’t. I left. I’m not getting suckered twice. Whomever the franchise owner is needs to know their employees are destroying the brand. Lazy, useless, and incompetent.

2/5/26 I stopped in after work (approx. 4:45 PM), parked in stall, and pushed the Red Button to start my order…And waited. After a few minutes of nobody taking my order, I noticed the display was back to the home screen. I pushed the Red Button a 2nd time to start my order…And waited. A few more minutes of nobody taking my order, and again the display was back to the home screen. I pushed the Red Button a 3rd time to start my order. Please explain why my order wasn’t taken from the beginning.

Ok here’s the bottom line – the food at this Sonic is very good. I just had the Coney chili cheese dog and it was the best I’ve ever eaten. I’ve had corn dogs and such and all have been good. The bad news is just don’t go there if you don’t have a LOT of time. It seems like Sonic wants to get away from the old school drive in with car hops, which has been their trademark forever. With 20 stalls, they have only five where you can order, like Sonic of the good ole days. That’s what I prefer. So I drive into an ordering stall, push the red button, and wait. And wait. And wait. I’ve been to a lot of Sonics in my day and I know how fast it usually takes, which is not long. Not so at this Sonic. I waited 10 minutes once, just to see how long it would take. They never answered. Today I waited a while, maybe five minutes, then pulled out and pulled into another ordering stall, and pushed the button, and the waited, and waited. Finally I went to the drive thru and waited a while (longer than normal) to order. Finally placed my order and got my food. As I said the food is great, but the wait. Not worth it. I’ll go to the Whataburger next door, unless I really need a corndog, which they don’t have. I would just say to Sonic to please don’t get rid of the ordering stalls and carhop concept, which is what you’re known for. Check out what happened to Cracker Barrell when they abandoned their core traditions.

There’s always something pathetic at this location. Last time I come here. The last time I got the worse attitude from the girl at the drive thru window because I had 2 online orders and I decided to go thru the drive thru for the second order and she said I had opted for pick up and to let it be the last time. Made a big deal on top of screwing up my order. Recently (today) I had gotten a slush and added cherries. There was no cherries. I moved it around to make sure. So I went and told them. A very nice guy gave me 5 cherries and the manager literally came to my window to tell me not to expect that again. That it was only one cherry. When I had paid for extra. Last time.

I usually don’t write about things like this but i’m very confused, this short girl looked like she was about 15 anywho i kept seeing her help everyone by herself she was coming in and out… once i got my order i asked if there was anyone else with her to help out and she said her coworkers. Nobody coming out to help her when there’s more people other than me is ridiculous!! I’ve seen her a couple of times now, she looked so young poor girl she was very sweet to me and polite but come onnn!! you guys cannot be doing this !

Horrible service, they put mayo on my all American hot dog and it doesn’t even have mayo. When I told them the cashier shrugged and not even apologized to me. I also got a cherry limeade and it was on smaller cup plus it didn’t have the cherry. I am so upset. I am never going back

I really try to avoid this Sonic. Seams like everything is a hurry to them. They annoy me since they don’t let you finish talking before they answer with “ANYTHING ELSE”. It’s like they don’t want to be there. Then I get to drive through window and see that one of them employees has their shoes on a table next to where they have some of the food.

I wanna like this place more but the service is dismal. It always seems like they never have enough people here to keep up with the demand, which leads to irritated employees. Lot of times they barely respond to a simple “Good morning” or “Hi!”. But I suppose if I had to work with a skeleton crew everyday I’d be the same way.
