The burgers & tots were good. However we finished our meal while we waited on them to answer the innercom so we could get straws for our drinks. No ketchup, no straws & no napkins. Once we got our straws we realized they had given us the wrong drinks. Very poor customer service.

I have had no problem with this location up until a month or two ago. I waited 40 minutes for them to bring out our drinks just for them to tell us they didn’t get our order and that the drink machine was down. Then we came couple days after that for some kids meals just for them to not actually have any of the toys that’s suppose to come with the kids meal. They need to work on communication with customers. I would have not ordered anything if I knew they were out of toys for the kids meals. I’m not sure who the manger is but something needs to change now.

I been real patient with this location. The problem Is consistently cold food,old grease , over sweet not enough flavor sloppy drinks.
And it appears that the management doesn’t care. So i have no choice but to no longer patronize this sonic location in west Odessa.

You know I’ve been real patient with this Sonic for the last 3 years now but enough is enough I’ve either been ignored and waited for 30 minutes for somebody to answer me I’ve just been completely ignored and nobody has given me service went in today just order some ice cream for my daughter and myself pulled into the little stalls they’re not taking any orders but drive-thru orders what’s the difference it’s not like you dine in anyway so no problem pulled into the drive-thru when to order an ice cream only to be told the ice cream machines not working now I get it things break but the deal is with this Sonic it seems like there’s always something poor management people not wanting to work I don’t know but I think y’all should figure it out because that is why people stopped going to this one I don’t even see how you are still open whenever you do get to order food it takes 30 minutes before your food is even out there when you’re the only vehicle that’s being served I’m done with the Sonic I will never be back out here again if I want something I guess I’ll just have to go further into town instead of having something Convenient close to to home y’all really need to do better or just close the damn thing down

Most of the drive-ins to enjoy your food are out of order and employees refuse to take my order even though they’re not busy and I had to wait it over 25 to 1/2 an hour and I still didn’t get my food. Would not recommend going there until things would change.

Legitimately, the worst Sonic that exists. Never gets the order right, screens are broken, horrible attitudes, disgusting parking lot….it’s just a mess. Avoid at all costs.

This place is a 0 review. I parked in my stall and pressed the red button TWICE – no one ever took my order and they weren’t even busy. This happened at 355pm. I left at 410pm because that’s just horrible service. Don’t come here. The place is not worth it.
