I place mobile orders and pick up after the estimated time as to not rush anyone. Everytime I pick up my smasher burger it has onion even though EVERYTIME I put NO ONIONS I am allergic so I can not just “pick them off”! Burger looks nasty and messy and my fry’s taste like churros… please try to do better…. I always regret tipping on the app because my food is never good

So I came for the peppermint bark brownies shake. Was let down a bit as it didn’t have brownie chunks, then there wasn’t peppermint on top nor a cherry. So I got a peppermint and chocolate chip shake which I added chocolate syrup and fudge on top. Was hoping to of had the ingredients that state that they should be there with the extra I added. In my head that looked different then what I got missing the brownie and topping. It’s ok. I understand not everyone can follow a recipe and it was night when I came so it’s new young works. The shake I got is still good but could have been better if all ingredients made it in there.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. While the assistant manager apologized and made it right, the young man who took my order was an absolute jerk to me and should not be in the customer service industry. He told me they don’t take Google Pay and had a nasty attitude from the start. His shift leader told me that this was normal from him. I was like uhhh okay why keep an employee like this? She said she handled the situation but I doubt I’ll give them another shot.

I was trying to make partial payments with two different cards and I was told NO. I ordered $70 worth of food! I got my husband to drive to another sonic WITH BETTER SERVICE AND MANAGERS to help us with dinner tonight. I was told by the other sonic employee they could do two different payments!

THE MANAGER WAS OUTSIDE STAND THERE WATCHING ME HAND OVER MY FOOD INSTEAD HELPING ME MAKE A PAYMENT TOWARDS MY ORDER! Never going back again.
