This sonic is unfortunately the closest one to me and the worst one in town. I ordered double cheeseburgers and only got single patties. I also put light onion and got nothing but onion. The staff is rude and very disrespectful if you don’t tip ahead in the app. I always tip cash but not anymore since no one can bother to get my food to me warm or correct. Sonic is too pricey for them to mess up continuously and consistently. I got a coupon for one cheeseburger after they messed up 5 of mine. That’s not good enough and I should’ve gotten a refund.

Not the best Sonic in Lubbock; however, this location is very consistent with my order. I order the same thing via the app every single time and every single time is correct and delicious. I have found on a few occasions where”easy ice” isn’t easy ice at all and there is no drink and all ice. Overall, this location is trouble free and has yet became a problem

I am very disappointed in my experience spending $70 on food and waited 45min didn’t get my food till 4:10 because manager put wrong stall # where I was. so asked them to remaking it because it was cold. When the food got to me they tied the bags food felt warm. Till I got home and they only remade chili dogs and fries were so soggy and burgers the meat and chz was hard. The manager didn’t even apologize Isaac or Moses or make the food correct and hot.

It was busy and they were working hard, but I sat waiting at Stall 16 while three cars came in and out next to me. Guess the button wasn’t working. I did a mobile order and then I got my food. I wish there had been an out of order sign

Truly the worst chicken strips I ever had. Moisture content=0. They were also very flat and a very dark color. Truly not worth any money. Please see attached picture, chicken is so dry that it has become a solid rock. Also tater tots were terribly old.
