Pulled in for a quick bite and ordered a small double with a drink. I made sure to ask them for the drink size to be the one under the 44 oz, the large, because the Route 44 is just too big. But when my order came I had been charged for the Route 44 and that’s what they brought.

Be prepared to wait too long for your order and always check your order before you leave. Slow service, food/drinks often wrong, nothing done to make it right. My most recent visit took 20 minutes and four check-ins to get a single drink correct.

Waited 20+ minutes for 3 drinks. They claimed to be short handed but sounds like just another excuse. Ended up just leaving instead of waiting longer even though we paid for the drinks already.
Next time it would be nice to know ahead of time if there is a high idle time.

Over 12 minutes for 2 drinks that were ordered ahead of time on the app and checked in on arrival.
Edit: they didn’t even get the drink right. Suppose to be half lemonade half sweet tea, it was just unsweetened tea. Grown adults can’t manage to make 2 drinks properly and bring them out in less than 10 minutes. They weren’t even busy there were about 5 cars there when I arrived and 3 of them were served before the status of the drinks changed from Ordered to Being Prepared.

Order two foot long tonight told person that dogs had been burned and looked like they were on the grill for the whole shift and was told they were fresh I spend with drink 14 bucks there, they said they were made fresh and they are trying close early to go home

This is the very last time I’ll ever use this sonic for anything. I asked for a Sprite with lime. What I received was a 44 Oz cup of ice with strawberries in it. Can people actually be this uneducated? Not even Sprite, just ice and strawberries

I love this restaurant. But more and more they are letting this store run down. The other ones on the other side of town are the very beautiful nice ones. Especially with the inventory being on point. Over here they are always out,or is out of order or discontinued. I haven’t been here in years. And today. I decided to bring all my children and grandkids to sonic for a simple ice cream cone. Something I grew up with when I was a boy. Just to find out they discontinued ice cream cones. No more different sizes and they have in 1 size for a certain price. Which is not right and not fare to the public. You took a child hood memory from the public. With out the public knowing. We would like the ice cream cones back. And they are not about the kids. Want my rating. You pretty much gotten sad on this side of town. We love sonic food and dessert. But this one store is starting to stop looking nice. Inside and out.

This location offers quick and exceptional service along with fresh food and great ice cream! Even with the steady stream of customers tonight they answered the speakers immediately and got all 3 of our orders out within a couple of minutes. One carhop, Salma, really stood out as she delivered the majority of orders while answering the speaker as well. When dropping off our orders she was kind and efficient, while still being thorough. I’d highly recommend this location!
