We live 15 mins from this location ordered food online yet they got the order wrong then when I decided to just take all the things on the burger off I found a long hair so we called they answered with additude I told them what was wrong she handed the phone away saying whatever like it wasn’t a problem.
Bottom line if you dont care for people’s food and you work at a business that sells food YOUR THE PROBLEM

I’ve seen dumpsters with fresher buns and at least they weren’t pretending to be edible. I’ve gone thrice in the past 7 days and for two of those three times, I had to convince myself they *did not* grab a rock from outside, spray paint it, then serve it to me with a burnt patty and condiments I did not ask for. As for their chili cheese tater tots, I’ve gotten less sick eating rotten meat. How is it that every time I order anything with their so-called “chili”, I feel sick to my stomach and garner a headache? Hope dies somewhere between the drive-in speaker and the first bite. Please spare yourself from the forgotten orders and terrible meals and drive a little further down the street to Taco Bell; And that’s saying *a lot* if you knew their reputation in Littlefield.

The carhop dropped my hot dog on the ground, acted concerned and goes inside to fetch me a new fresh one that wasn’t dropped on the dirty concrete. He then hands me the exact same hot dog (I could tell by the order number in the wrapper) Claims it’s “fresh” and “an extra”. This place is disgusting

The kid working the window tonight tried to steal $10 from me!!!! They wont tell you who the manager, no one answers the phone, corporate wont get in touch. The Littlefield location is a total joke!!!! Count your cash when giving them money because the kid working the windows is keeping it for himself. He wads up the cash & closes the window within seconds.

Just left sonic…decided to give it another try….shame on me for thinking things would be better. Person taking order seemed annoyed I didn’t know the new menu layout. Very inhospitable.
I got my burger and tots after about 3 minutes, which I thought was lightning fast….maybe too fast. The burger and tots were room temperature. I pulled the patty out and it’s was obvious it was not fresh nor the tots. Last time I was here the same thing happened. I use to like Sonic but this is the product you come to expect. I didn’t bother calling the manager….I mean you gota know this is happening for it to be happening everytime you visit.
I hate spending $16 and having to just throw the food away after a couple bites. This is now $32 Sonic has gotten from me. Never I again….clap it up Sonic….you got away with it twice. My family from Littlefield warned me again not to order there….bring back the Sonic of days past..

Everything was made perfect! Ordered online picked up in stall with no problem. I live about 10 minutes away and the food was still warm when I got home so I knew it was super fresh! Ice cream is good! Drinks are good! My carhop was really nice and well mannered!
