This is one of the worst Sonics I have ever been to. Either the food is not made properly, or the drinks come out wrong. Now, I know most people are probably going to say, “Well, why didn’t you reorder and tell them?” Unfortunately, I only have 30 minutes to get lunch, and sometimes, the wait period at this Sonic is ridiculous. I will encourage you to have a second thought before coming here unless you have desperate times desperate measures like I unfortunately did.  The photo that’s going to be with his review. Is there sweet tea which is literally just over sugar water I have no idea how the sonic passes inspection.

I ordered 1 master shakes,1 Blizzard blast and one sundae. My master shake was not very good. It was soft and not frozen. The Snickers Blizzard did not have much Snickers, the sundae was good. The server did not greet me, he handed my order and walked off. No napkins come on man. I left dairy Queen for this.. disappointed ☹️

The one star review is very generous they don’t deserve that star. I sent in a mobile order on the sonic app. it said it would be ready in 5 minutes I ordered at 10:25 pm so it should have been ready at 10:30 pm. No it was finally delivered 35 minutes later at 10:59 pm. After 20 minutes. I decided to call and check on it unfortunately my call was unanswered. It’s really sad when the car hop looks at you and apologizes then makes an excuse that he was the only car hop, but you see someone else running out a orders? It’s so disappointing no customer service and the car hop didn’t even say hello. If you plan on eating here make sure you have plenty of time to wait for your cold food and rude service. I will never be coming back to this Sonic. My order was a cold Med. Tot and 3 melted ice creams with one straw and 2 spoons. DO BETTER!!!

Very nice and clean Sonic. Great stop on a road trip with dogs. There is grass on either side of the building and one side has picnic tables. Food and drinks fresh, correct temp, were correct the first time, delivered in a timely manner. Carhops were very friendly.

No one attended the stall when I pushed the button. A worker was walking back and I asked her if it was working. She apologized and asked how long I was waiting. I told her a while and she took my order. Then it was another 10 minutes to get just 3 drinks.
Not sure if they were short staffed, but that’s way too long to respond and to get an order out.
Is happy hour at Sonic still 2-4pm? I paid full price.

Over 10 minutes to get 2 drinks and the operator let me know that’s because there is only one car hop. They conveniently showed delivered on the screen 5 minutes before they showed up, that way the owner or manager wouldn’t know how long it took: Please review cameras form 8:43am order ahead M. Dunlap. We were the only car there at the time of excuse for only one car hop.

I have been reading the reviews and the real reviews of this place is the ones with 1 stars the others are fake … dont worry sonic you have finally won and ran me off for good … worst service ever hands down … not only do the employees cant do math they just walk off with change
