Went ordered some food and while I was ordering my food the lady that was talking was being rude. So got my food and when I got home on one of my orders completely wrong no jalapeños or bacon and not even a top bun. So I called the place to talk to a manager about what just happened and automatically ask me if I had my receipt and when I got my order. I told him they didn’t give it to me when she brought my order and he answered very rudely saying he can’t help me and started cutting me off and was very rude about it and he hung up on me.

Worst Sonic I’ve been to. Rude staff, and they aren’t friendly when they’re taking your order. It’s moreso the ‘get in and get out’ mentality. Takes them forever to finally have your order taken. I’d be more understanding if they’re short staffed… I came in today and waited 15 mins after pressing the button and I ended up leaving. I’ll go the next town over next time for Sonic.

My husband ate there (Sonic in Denver City TX) Tuesday April 15, 2025 around 2:00 PM. He Ordered Pop corn chicken with ranch dip, tots, and a Dr Pepper. This is the worst sonic I’ve ever been to in my life. Apparently we got the same rude a** lady taking our order that other reviews talk about. She was rude, wouldn’t give us time to finish ordering, didn’t even let my wife finish ordering her food. Then after waiting over 20 minutes our order was still wrong and she tried to make us pay again even though we had already paid with a card. Not only is it extremely ridiculous that we had to put up with that service its even more ridiculous that the owners do nothing to fix the problem when nearly every single review for the past couple of months is the same. Will never come to this sonic again.

We ordered on the app to save time and money. When we checked in on the app, everything seemed to be ok. Unfortunately, it took 30 minutes to get our 4 drinks and medium fries out to us. When they did, they informed us that their ice cream machine was down and we would need to substitute something for an item we ordered. The fries were tepid and the drinks were messy.
The ONLY reason this is 2 star instead of 1 star is the young lady who finally delivered the order apologized twice for the wait and kindly explained the problem with the ice cream. Her behavior and attitude de-escalated my frustration. BUT I likely won’t be getting drinks or meals from this Sonic any longer. This is not the first time we have had a frustrating experience.

This is the worst sonic I had ever been to. We got here 30 minutes before closing time. Got our order completely wrong. We spent bout 40 dollars here.. Forgot our kid’s meal and we paid for it. We also order mozzarella sticks and those wasn’t cooked properly. We called back so see if they could replace our order or give us a refund. We spoke to someone. They said there was nothing that could be done, but they could take our name and a manager will calls us back the following day. We still no call back
We don’t live in the area. Don’t waste your time or money here.

The gentleman who answered the speaker cut me off mid sentence. Answered rudely saying my order was on the way and then the manager just so happened to bring my order out and I was trying to explain to him that the guy was rude and he said no he’s not rude he’s busy. And handed me my drinks so fast and walked away while I was talking.
