This sonic needs new management or better training, there has not been a single time that the workers have gotten my drink right at this specific location. Every single time I decide to come back after 3-4 months hoping something changes, it disappoints. Not only the wrong orders but I can order online ahead and I see no one here, and still wait 15-20 min for two or three drinks. This is all while I see new people come and go and get their orders taken.

This place has gone down hill over the past few months. Not sure what is going on, but they need help. Not only is the waiting ridiculous so is the food. It can’t even be made correctly for a basic order. I will happily drive 8-10 miles to another Sonic because this one is definitely unable to deliver customer service or good food. You would think it would be fresh and hot if you are the only vehicle waiting. Not worth my time or money.

The 3rd time that I have sat out there for over 30 min without getting my order. The second time I left without my food because I was about to be late after sitting there for 40 minutes. The management needs to get stuff fixed or the management needs to be replaced.

I got a chicken sandwich and 1 jr deluxe cheeseburger. 1 double cheeseburger. End up with a piece of chicken that looked like it’s been sitting in the warmer for a hour. Didn’t get the double cheeseburger. The jr burger was fine but I can’t believe they served a chicken that disgusting.

After 25 minutes I figured the food would be freshly cooked or even in one piece but I guess that’s what I get for trusting a fast good place. My tots looked like they were crushed by someone’s hand before putting it in the bag.

The new Sonic fruit fizz are amazing! I have tried all three flavors, but lemon raspberry is my favorite! They are fruit flavored sparkling waters. Low calorie but full of flavor. I also have really liked the chili cheese little doggies and the little buffalo chickies.

Today I went to get food for me and my partner. I ordered and payed then sat there for 55 minutes before finally ringing the red button again. They had lost the ticket and said the food had been sitting there and gotten cold, so they would make a new one for us. I was fine with this and was very polite about it. But when I got the food it was clear it was the food from an hour ago. The drinks were watered down with no ice, the burger had become sopping wet with the condiments and seemed to be undercooked. The cheddar peppers and tater tots were cold, I tried the tots right when the food was brought to me. The chicken I ordered was cold and looked burnt. And on top of it all none of the sauces we requested were in the bag. They were not busy. The last time I went through this drive through it took an hour to get 4 drinks. If you want sonic do not go to this one.

Customer service sucked with the I’m guessing newer employee in drive through. Normally everyone is happy and friendly but not this girl. Never said anything but total. Even when I was handed our food it was silence.
