OK, so I never leave reviews on literally anything especially food but I just had to because today I got sonic and it was perfect. Their french fries were nice and crispy. Their burger was hot and fresh. Their cheese sauce was yummy and delicious. Cheese sticks had an amazing pull. There are no complaints and I just had to tell you how good y’all were today!!

Server came out and just handed me the food without saying anything with a blank expression, can’t at least smile huh? Came out very quick despite quite a few cars so thanks for that at least. Don’t know how many more chances ill give this location till I permanently change to another.

Multiple cars including myself had to wait over an hour for the food, and during the rare times the server would come out.. they couldn’t be any slower and brought people the wrong things multiple times! During one occasion in the hour plus we waited, we saw a lady get her food after waiting lord knows how long before we got there, then she asked for some ranch, the slow server went back inside to grab it and it took her 10 minutes till she finally came back out!
Been going to that location for years and it’s been good each time but lately they have been slow and it definitely showed last night. Will stick to the other locations in the city now instead..

We love this location but they always get my order wrong. The food is always hot and fresh though. They always make it right, it’s just frustrating that our order is always wrong so we have to go back to get the right food

So the reviews are still pretty accurate for this location. I don’t get breakfast here anymore because the burritos are always anemic. I’ll get some delicious food truck burritos for cheaper and better quality. Came in to get an ice cream well before close tonight. The very pissed off sounding lady made it very clear “The machine down for cleaning”. I should have known better than to think closing was done when you close…. silly Billy. What is going on with customer service workers? This is a phenomenon that’s incredible to watch happen. Just destroying business integrity one after another.

Service here is very slow, the employees appear to have a difficult time hearing through the speakers. It took them over 15 minutes to take my order correctly and then another 25 to receive my food. I was there for 40 minutes or more. The staff I spoke to were nice, they just couldn’t hear ANYTHING through the speakers.
