I had to repeat my order 3 times. I basically had to yell for the lady so she could understand and my drinks were still wrong. Service there has gone way down the last couple of years. It’s sad that I can go to almost any other sonic and get better service and food for that matter.

Manager is super nice person but apparently employees are hard to come by anymore. You will not get a hi or even a thank you anymore. I don’t usually review unless super good customer service but you would think we would be appreciated a little bit more since we are daily customers.

I ordered a chicken club toaster meal which was over 10 dollars to get a piece of a tiny piece of chicken that’s super breaded and doesn’t even cover half of the bread very disappointed and it ain’t the first time their chicken tenders are always so old n overcooked it’s a joke sonic used to be one of my favorites places not anymore since all I’ve had over and over are bad experiences common guys you could do better for the prices you guys charge smh!

Sonic customer service is HORRIBLE. When a problem arises with online ordering (like today) this location says there’s nothing they can do and to call the hotline, while the hotline voicemail says to expect a return call within 48 hours. But I had a problem, and called Sonic 6 months ago about it, and I’m still waiting on that call. In the meantime I have $30 of Sonic app gift cards that are completely worthless because the app refuses to let me use them. When it comes to Sonic apparently their corporate-wide policy is “buyer beware” and that’s what I’ll be doing in the future – no more Sonic gift cards, bought or received, and no more trusting this Sonic location to get things right. There’s too many other fast food choices in town to put up with this nonsense.
Addendum: I called the number Sonic provided and spent an hour on the phone (45 minutes of it on hold) just to be directed to the website I had already visited. So I visited the website (again) suggested by Sonic and what a surprise… I was told (again) to expect a call and/or an email from Sonic within 48 hours to get the problem resolved and now, three days later, nothing but crickets from them.
“Sonic buyer beware” still holds true.

The person taking my order was being rude. In the middle of taking my order she told me to call back when I’m ready to. Mind you I was giving her my order. When I asked for the manager yessina she wanted to be rude. So thank you BURGER KING for their outstanding customer service!! Sonic needs to learn a thing or two from them.

I placed a order here using the mobile app.
This location got my order done correctly. Even down to giving me all my sauces as requested. The car hop that delivered my order to my car was very friendly.
The food was very delicious at this location.

We showed up at 10:50pm and nobody took our order! All we wanted was a sweet tea, website says they close at 11, so we should have had our order taken. I understand not wanting to serve food that late but all we wanted was a sweet tea! We sat till 11pm in one of the stalls and they shut the lights out on us. Again all we wanted was a sweet tea.
