My daughter got food poisoning from eating a double smash burger from here. We were in the emergency room last night. She had it after a track meet. The emergency room confirmed it was food poisoning and this is all she ate. She was in so much pain and had a high fever. Do not eat here! Go to Dairy Queen next door. We also waited forever in line and there weren’t many customers. I paid $12 and waited for over 30 minutes to give my daughter food poisoning. We’ve never gotten sick from eating at any other Sonic. Dairy Queen in Carrizo didn’t make anyone sick. If you’re at Frank Carter Stadium, DO NOT EAT AT SONIC!

The server was polite and helpful.
My biggest concern is that almost every order stall is barely functional, and as time goes on, they are getting worse. The screens are no longer functional on most, and some rear side plastic is even shattered. The side on the road is also non-functional.
Another note which may or not be related to the signs is I am unable to check into stalls as they state they are unavailable.

Stopped by this sonic in Corrizo Springs and had a terrible experience. I ordered ice cream and it tasted like pine sol. Asked for new ice cream and the employee was annoyed with me and was rolling his eyes and being rude. Brought us new ice cream and it STILL tasted like pine sol. It made my tongue tingle and my lips burn. I also got a stomach ache on my way home. I asked for a refund the employee came back with my change and practically threw it in my window. Very dissatisfied.

My first and last time ever at this Carrizo Springs Sonic. I can’t even give them a star, this place didnt deserve anything. I’ve for 1 never been to a Sonic where the servers were so slow, got my order wrong and then wanted to charge me twice for what they didn’t get right and already had charged me. And then totally acted like I was inconvenienced them and bothering them. Food was cold and the the strawberry cheese cake shake never had strawberry in it. It was more a cheese cake shake. And I really have enjoyed all of the Sonics I’ve ever been to. Even in other states. Never had a complaint. So sorry about this place . No good. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️.

We ordered at the drive thru & I repeated my order twice. Yet it was still made wrong. I asked to have my food remade to remove certain condiments & all they did was scrape it off. Girls at the window were both rude & wouldn’t take the time to listen carefully to what was wrong with the order.

First and last visit EVER. I ordered 7 items, only to arrive home to find only 4 items in the bag. After calling and being told. I could come back to get the food the I FORGOT(Let’s be clear ,They forgot) The manager did not even offer me anything. Half of my family does not eat beef so the missing chicken sandwiches was a huge disappointment to my kids. They were rude, unconcerned, and relatively dismissive of my frustration. Even for the food I did not receive, I would not go back.

I rated this place a 1 star only because I couldn’t rate it any lower. They got our orders wrong 3 different times and still gave us the wrong food. By the time I was able to eat my food it tasted disgusting because they put everything on it that I asked them not to. When we told them the problem with our food, the employees acted like they could care less and that we were inconveniencing them by having to fix the order.

We have Sonic, McDonald’s, Stars, Dairy Queen, and churches but if I had to choose for me it would go Sonics, Dairy Queen, Churches, and if had to McDonald’s then stars just cuz McDonald’s has down sized it’s burgers and other food portion and up sized it’s prices and something is off on its flavors on certain items and stars is just to pricey DQ is always been great for the ice cream, shakes, floats, banana splits mmm and I really just get tired of chicken (unless it’s KFC )but Sonic has huge burgers,fries or tots with just the rite amount of salt,and also a great variety of drinks from slushies,icees,blasts,sodas, are sometimes boba drinks too I love the burgers cuz they have all the fixings and are so meaty and juicy I highly recommend Sonics ✌️
