Ordered a large coke via the app. Checked in before arriving. Several cars back to back cars arriving after me, put their order in via the speaker-got their drink before me. I pressed the red button. 3:32 min pass by. Nothing. Pressed it again. Another 4 mins passes and then I hear: “thanks for choosing sonic…..” I informed her that I was waiting on a drink and had been for 10 mins. Never having been acknowledged-in fact the red button was turned off the first time I pressed. “Oh we’re having issues with our system. Sorry, ugh”

Like now I don’t want the coke-the ice is melted and I’m late. Could have popped on the speaker and let me know that the first time I pressed it versus just hanging it up?! I used to be the top carhop in my district way back in the gap. (15 years) and my boss would have cleared the entire line and hired new for that. No mint or napkins offered. This is by far the worst.

Arrived and placed my order via app at 8:20 ; received food 15mins later all cold. We tolerated the hotdog and tenders cold but the mozzarella sticks are just gross cold. Manager on duty gave no problems with remaking them and came out great the second time. Giving poor rating because of lack of acknowledgment that my order was taking awhile, poor time management and serving low quality food. Was not busy while I was there…. A bit unusual for a Sonic, I guess locals already know to avoid this location?

I love this place and the friendly staff. I literally come here almost every morning for my usual mozzarella cheese sticks and a large Dr. Pepper. Sometimes I go twice a day. Going to miss these guys.

It’s still bad. Years ago it was mediocre but then the service was ridiculously terrible. No customer appreciation at all. Ok. No biggie, soooo many other burger places nearby like Shake Shack, etc! Well years later I tried to give Sonic another chance. Nope, still no service and food mediocre at best.

The half price burger deal is gone, they added conditions and so it’s basically gone. Whatever… in 2027 I might tried sonic again. Maybe.

My daughter and I visited this Sonic for lunch and, unfortunately, experienced a disappointing meal. We ordered crinkle-cut fries that were served extremely cold and excessively greasy. Additionally, we ordered an Oreo milkshake with only a minimal amount of Oreo cookie dust, and a double smash burger that was overly salted. As someone involved in the service industry, I understand the importance of maintaining professional standards, and I would never permit such deficiencies to affect my customers. Consequently, my family will not be patronizing Sonic again.

Not a great spot. Their outside drive thru intercom has NOT worked for months, if not all of last year. You have to go up to the door and walk in for pick up orders and the staff that is sitting around gets mad. Wild.

The menu isn’t updated despite stickers and placards showing that they sell gallons of sweet tea. When the order taker was talking to me, he indicated that they haven’t received gallons or gotten new menus so I’d appreciate updated menus.

The speakers are on the louder side but when I placed their red “We sell bags of ice and gallons for sweet tea” sticker over the loud speaker, listening to the order repeated became a pleasant volume.

Everything was correct on the order, but a little short on the customer service. It seemed fairly busy at the time of my visit however I believe

Trey was awesome on the delivery and more than made it a great experience. We got all of our food it was delicious!

I placed an order via the Sonic app. A simple order with several details. A route 44 drink with easy ice, extra peach flavor and strawberries. I asked for a specific number of dipping sauces and every detail was fulfilled. I have 0 complaints! The waitresses apologized for the short wait but the food was made fresh and was not sitting in a storage drawer waiting to be served. I’ll gladly wait for fresh cooked food even if it is from a Sonic and not a major restaurant. I love how the app had a tipping option on it now. I never carry cash on me and always felt really bad for not giving a tip to my waitresses. The exit trash can wasn’t overflowing like other location so I could actually throw away my trash. This was a surprise to me due to that I arrived at the lunch hour rush!

Worst sonic ever. They must have new Management their ice cream , shake machine they started cleaning three hours before closing time how reason I came to sonic anyone comes here for that but this location’s been doing that a lot lately with crappy service.
I ordered a jalapeño burger with onion rings , drink I couldn’t get a shake it took 25 minutes there’s only three cars here

I’ve gone to this sonic for years at this point. The drop in quality recently has been meteoric enough to kill the dinosaurs. Most recently they replaced traditional drive through speakers with these systems that will drop your call to take an order after half a minute or so. They apparently want you to order from an obtuse interactive menu than pay an actual human being to talk to you. So basically another business being gutted by ‘cost saving measures’ that screw over workers and customers. Highly recommend just avoiding this location completely now- the management has destroyed the service and quality.
