Worst wraps I’ve ever had. The drive thru girl was nice and so was the girl that took care of us, but we asked for extra cheese. Mine got literally nothing and my fiancee’s got maybe a pinch of cheese. There was literally only a third of a scoop of chili in my wrap so much so that the fritos were completely dry. I’m so disappointed because I’ve been to this location before and having waited 15 minutes for my wraps I would’ve expected for them to follow instructions.

I specifically asked if they could ensure that the smash burger I ordered was cooked thoroughly, as I had previously encountered an undercooked one. They assured me that it was no problem and that I would have to wait a bit longer, which was fine as long as the burger was cooked correctly when it arrived. I inquired if they had made sure to cook it thoroughly again, and they confirmed that they had. Consequently, I gave a generous tip and went on my way. While eating the burger most of the way through in the dark on my drive home, I realized it was incredibly undercooked when I finally got home and into the light. I was very disappointed and probably won’t be dining at this location again.

My husband and I recently visited this Sonic and had an amazing experience. I tried the Smasher burger and it was easily one of the best fast-food burgers I’ve had lately—perfectly seasoned and seared. What really stood out though was the service. Angie was my carhop and she was fantastic! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and had a great smile. It’s rare to get such high-quality service at a drive-in. I’ll definitely stop by here again on my next Austin trip

Avoid at all costs. Completely ignored at the drive through despite the car ahead of me order taken. Waited 10 minutes. Leave to pull into a spot, oder, they ring it up wrong, then correct the order. Wait another 10 minutes (they’re completely dead at 4 pm), drive off, open the bag and they got the order wrong. It all felt intentional from the beginning. Wasted an hour of my day.

This is 2 days now I’m gone around 9-10pm. Press the red button… no answer. Then I notice It no longer says red button activated. So I press It again. After 4x doing this still nothing. Today I did It and a lady came on and said I’m sorry we’re open but …. She stopped talking and I kept asking what? Please get your staff under control. This is horrible.

Pulled in to get a shake. Drive through didn’t respond. Pulled into a stall. Pushed the red button to begin my order twice. No response, no server (server was bringing out food on the other side of the parking area) eventually figured they didn’t want our need my patronage and finally left. Never had the opportunity to even place an order. If you can’t get the basics right, what else are you doing poorly?
Was there about 9pm on a Saturday evening.

I’ve come to this Sonic location many times before and usually have great experiences- the young girls who work here are always very sweet and helpful. Unfortunately, my visit recently was very disappointing.

My friend and I ordered drinks and a meal in the evening. The meal was fine, but the drinks were not: the sweet tea was extremely watery with no sweetness, and the dirty cherry Coke was barely “dirty” (not creamy at all). Since we were still nearby, we stopped back to politely let them know and hoped to have the drinks corrected.

The girl that helped us wasn’t sure how to handle it, so she called the manager. From the start, the manager treated us with visible attitude, as if we were a burden for bringing this up. When we handed back the drinks, she snatched them from us without a word and walked away. It then took about 10 minutes to remake the drinks. While waiting, I noticed the manager toss our returned drinks across the room- sending them literally flying into the sink or trash- and then begin yelling, (hopefully not at the workers) which felt extremely unprofessional.

When the drinks were finally brought out, we chose to replace the sweet tea with a strawberry slushy because we weren’t confident the tea would be remade correctly. Instead of refunding or adjusting the price, we were charged the difference, which felt unfair given the circumstances. The slushy itself was good, but the dirty cherry Coke was SO overly creamed that it had no Coke flavor or fizz at all.

This is not the first issue I’ve experienced at this location. On a prior visit, my card showed on the screen outside that the payment had gone through successfully, but when the food was brought out, the staff insisted it hadn’t gone through on their system. I checked my banking app right away, and sure enough, the payment had already processed. This is just another example of how both the system and some of the management/staff here are really lacking.

Overall, the customer service from the manager was unacceptable. The initial drinks were poorly made, the replacements were also unsatisfactory, and the way the situation was handled left us feeling disrespected. I’ve had good experiences here before, but based on today and what I’ve since read in other reviews, it seems this location is declining quickly.
