I really don’t understand what is so hard about just giving people sauce. EVERY time I go and I specify what sauce I want they almost never put it in the bag. And to top it off when you ask for an extra sauce they always huff and puff over having to give it to you. Sorry I don’t think 1 marinara is enough for a medium or large mozzarella stick. I have had employees on 3 different occasions look at me and say “seriously” when I ask for more than 1 damn sauce. Stop being so greedy. Damn. This is also the third or 4th time I’ve ordered a medium mozzarella stick and it only came with 5 when there should be 6. I will find a different location even if it’s twice the distance. This is just getting ridiculous.

I walked into this Sonic today expecting something simple a quick slush, nothing fancy, nothing complicated. To my surprise, the place was practically empty; there were fewer than four cars in the lot. Anyone who has ever worked fast food knows that’s a light day. I used to work at Sonic myself, so I’m not speaking from guesswork here making a slush is a two-minute job at best.
And yet, I waited. Five minutes turned into ten, ten into twenty, and by the time I hit twenty-five minutes with not a single update and not a single drink in sight, I realized I could have made my own slush at home, taken a slow walk around the block, and still beaten their pace.
No apology. No explanation. No sense of urgency. Just me, sitting there wondering how a drink that requires zero cooking, zero prepping, and almost zero thought could become a half-hour ordeal.
It wasn’t just slow it was disorganized, inattentive, and borderline absurd. Machines were down, employees acted like customer service was optional, and the vibe screamed “we’d rather be anywhere but serving you.” If this is the standard, then the chain has fallen far from what it used to be.
I walked out with nothing and vowed I wouldn’t waste another minute here again. There are too many places that value people’s time, money, and patience to settle for this level of service. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone unless you enjoy long waits, broken equipment, and customer service that feels like pulling teeth.
This visit turned Sonic from a casual treat into a “never again,” and that’s honestly a shame.

I ordered two drinks and that was it. One a soda one a tea. We ordered both with easy ice. Ice was filled to the top, employee gave me attitude when I asked for a drink carrier and the soda wasn’t what I ordered. Did I go back to have them fix it? ABSOLUTELY NOT. You bring food back and fast food kids spit in your food or drink and I’m not taking any chances.

I ordered Grilled cheese sandwich kid combo and it was just two buns with only cheese. This happened twice in a row with ordering from Uber eats. Grilled cheese is a menu item and they even provide the toy with the delivery. I’ve gotten it many times with no issue. I don’t know why they can’t do a regular grilled cheese, this is just disappointing. They even tried to cut it in half like it’s the real deal??

Honestly ive been to other sonic’s in the area and people were super nice at night. I understand your slowly closing and wanting to leave but first customer and last customers that come in should be treated kindly. This girl was very rude during the end of the order when I asked a simple question about the milk shakes and raised her voice being passive aggressive in a polite way… honestly wouldn’t go back here and they took their time to give me my order and made a mistake.

Just the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to!! I always have to wait at a minimum 30 minutes. Doesn’t matter what you order. The food is never good. Over cooked, dry, too salty (the saltiest fries I’ve ever had and potatoes can take a lot of salt!), and luke warm. Definitely don’t get anything that has chicken on the menu because you’ll break a tooth. For the love of all that is good, please change the oil or often!! So bitter because the oil is old. Believe me, I’ve worked in many restaurants. Avoid this Sonic. There’s definitely way better locations to spend your money.

Just went for breakfast this morning. First of all this location now opens at 8 am, which is kind of ridiculous for a place that’s known for their breakfast and coffee. I pulled up at 7:50 not knowing this and had to wait. Fine, my bad. At about 7:59 an employee comes out and starts smoking a cigarette in his car, DIRECTLY behind the stall where I am waiting to order. I pressed the button the first time at 8:01. Ended up pressing it three times total as it went unanswered so long that it expired. About 8:06 the employee gets out of his car, heads back inside, and takes my order, an ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito combo. It automatically comes with picante sauce, but importantly I ASKED for picante sauce as well. Maybe 10 minutes later he comes outside to let me know all the bacon is frozen and if I’m fine with no bacon. I say sure. Probably another 10 minutes go by before he brings out my order and explains how badly the closing shift prepared him and apologizing for the wait. I’m like whatever, 30 minutes wasted on what was supposed to be a quick and dirty breakfast, and leave. Open the bag, no picante sauce. Burrito was exceptionally disgusting but that might be unrelated. Don’t come here.

75% of my order was wrong or missing. Tater tots were white and tasted sweet. I tried calling the location but their phone was not accepting calls. Will never go back there even though I live 2 minutes away.

I ordered my hamburger with no cheese, no ketchup, and no mayonnaise. I wanted mustard with everything else on it. The person repeated the order back to me. What I got was the nastiest slab of organic material that I ever saw. It was dripping with ketchup, mayonnaise, cheese, and mustard. They did put pickles on it but didn’t have lettuce, tomatoes, or onions. I would have taken it back if I had the time, but the traffic had put me behind schedule. I had to eat that crap as I hadn’t eaten since early that morning and wouldn’t have a chance to eat again for hours after. I will never go to that sonic ever again. I chose Sonic because of the three hamburger places on my route, I thought I would be most likely to get my mustard hamburger. Not only did they not give me my order, they appeared to go out of their way to give me the exact opposite of what I ordered.

If I could give this store a lower rating I would. I have ordered here several times. More than half the time the mess up your order. Not only do they miss food/drink items they will mess up any sort of customization you make on your order.
