I have been coming all summer. Service has just gotten slower every week. I order ahead and still wait 30 minutes or longer for my order. All the cars that got here before me are gone. I really wish you could cancel order ahead orders.

Had such a horrid experience this morning. We ordered 2 ultimate meat and cheese meals. Waited 25 minutes and they brought out our meals. Both were missing tater tots. Meat was all burned and hardly any egg. We sent it back and asked for it to be re made. The pictures I have posted is the remakes. The tater tots looked burned but were soggy from oil. Having worked in restaurants that is because the fryer oil is old. They look done but they are not because the oils dirty. I emailed the manager listed on the door twice. Once while waiting another 20 minutes for a remake and once for the pictures of the re made food. No reply as of yet and I do not expect one. I’ve gotten this meal so many times in the last 15 years I could go in and make it myself. Your employees walked around with no hussle, no smiles, with full stalls and horrid wait times. I will never go to this location again. DO BETTER!

hi i’m so sorry to complain but my whole order was messed up. ordering though the app was fine and easy but at the store it took forever to get my food and when i got it there was nacho cheese sauce for the pretzel, no marinara for the mozzarella stick, my chicken slinger was so burnt i couldn’t eat it, and the worst part is 4 of my 6 mozzarella sticks had no cheese like actually none at all i took a picture because it was almost funny. also my friend ordered through the app at the same time as me and at first she got a blue slush instead of the strawberry cheese cake shake she ordered we got that fixed but we waited for so long to get it and when i got to us it was completely melted. in total we were at the store for about an hour just for almost all of our food to wrong or inedible, i do not think i will be going to this location again. very disappointed

I order a drink and burger on the app, heading to get it and have been waiting in the both for 45 minutes they bring my drink with a short straw and no burger. Very disappointed the guy was on skates and probably would be much more proficient if he was in shoes cause he sure doesn’t know how to skate. Wouldn’t recommend this place unless there was a dramatic change. #suckattheirjob

The large negative regarding this location is the wait time for your order. I ordered 2 slushes and 2 waters on the app, and it took over 17 minutes to get the order. I had to press the call button to check on the order. They did not apologize for the wait.

This location has always been unimpressive. In the past, I have ordered mozzarella sticks only to find upon arriving home that no marinara was placed in the bag. This has happened multiple times. Today they do not have route 44 cups. Really not that big of a deal. Seems as if the manager may need to look into a career change. What irritated me enough to finally write a reveiw was that my wife and I just waited 15 minutes for two drinks that never came and had to leave so we’re not late to an event. Screen on the car station didn’t work so I’m not sure if we were charged or not.
