Makes excuses for taking too long when they are not busy. I waited forever to get my order and I called them to see what was up, but all they told me was they were busy. This was current; I was just there, and they were not even busy. The drive-thru did not have many vehicles, and the park-and-wait ones were the same. I also gave the lady my card and the payment has gone through and it has been 5 minutes before they gave me my card back and my order. I ordered a shake and when she got to me it was all melted and messy. I want a refund for my stuff. She also gave me attitude.

Had an online order; a chili cheese coney and tots. Server carried the bag upright so all the chili and cheese slid over to one side on the coney. Asked for ketchup with my order and got none.

The customer service is great, love the servers but oh my god this place gets my order wrong almost every single time. I always go on Tuesday evening for half off burgers. I get one sonic burger, no mayo, no pickles, no onions. Somehow at least one of those ingredients is always on it. I even got a burger with a “No Pickles” sticker on it. Guess what was on the burger? I know I need to check before I leave but it’s easy to forget. Sucks getting home and realizing you need to scrape everything off your burger so you can at least eat what you paid for. I could possibly understand if they’re slammed, but it don’t go at those times. Just really disappointing.
Edit: Realized they also didn’t give me any tomato??? Are they reading the tickets wrong or mixing them up or what?

Everytime I go to this particular location. My meals or drinks aren’t correct and if I ask them to fix it. It always takes 2x the time to first get it. As such for example, I ordered no cheese due to being Lactose and here it comes fully loaded with cheese. I also ordered a cherry limeade with extra cherries and was charged for the extra cherries and not a single one was in my drink. After ending a 12hr shift and wanting a good meal. I am disappointed. Won’t be returning to any of the locations in San Marcos, Tx especially not this one.

The chicken sandwich was horrible!! Threw most away. Overcooked. Chicken bites hard and not edible. What has bothered me about this establishment for years in California, Nevada and Texas, is their employees work their butts off in hot weather and get no tips. This particular restaurant, again had broken pay screens. THIS WAS THE PROBLEM OVER A MOnth AGO!!!! This particular fast food establishment has employees, the best part of them and they screw them. DISGUSTING. GREED??

Very rude person I ordered an online order, but I had a family emergency. There was no way I was able to pick it up. I called and told her and she said too bad. There’s nothing she could do to cancel it. I would have to come pick it up. I told her my situation and I told her that I’ve gotten it canceled before and I needed to cancel because I was not gonna pick it up. I couldn’t a day later proceeded to find out I was still charged. I need my refund back, please and be careful of the kind of people that you hire

The parking lot was packed, and we had just managed to grab a spot right as someone was leaving. We were in the middle of a long drive, and we had mistaken Popeye’s pickle menu for Sonic. I had really wanted to try out the pickle slush, and get some other drinks for the road. We had taken a while to order as we were figuring out the different flavors, and the waiter was very kind and understanding. Once we had asked for a pickle slush, he had taken a moment to figure out what we were asking for, and said that he would figure something out for us. We waited a short time before we recieved our drinks, and the waiter came and we exchanged our confusion with each other. The drinks were all excellent, and we realized that the waiter had invented a menu item for us, in the middle a busy evening. It had also happened to be happy hour, and all of our drinks were unexpectedly cheap. The service at this sonic was excellent, and should be recognized as such. On another note, when we selected a tip for our waiter on the ordering monitor, I do not think that the tip went through. I had forgotten to give our server cash when we recieved the drinks due to the confusion. It is also possible that our server was a manager, he seemed very managerial and professional on top of being an excellent server.
