Terrible food. The toppings in blast were stale, the fry oil was old so the food tastes super nasty and we were unable to eat. The soda didn’t taste right either. Just trashed it all & took off. Would recommend going elsewhere since you had the foresight to check reviews unlike me. Sonic, feel free to make it right, otherwise we will be avoiding your locations.

Reply: I spoke to the manager before writing this review. She was nice and wanted to assist, but due to how Sonic runs their business, she couldn’t do anything without the week-old receipt. Despite having one of the receipts that included most of the wrongful charge. (The cashier charged me for a large drink, then when I told her it was wrong, she charged me for a small without refunding the large, then I had to remind her I ordered food, too. So she charged me for the full meal on my credit card since the gift card wasn’t working, and didn’t refund the gift card) the whole thing was so poorly handled.)

I had a really rough experience here recently, where they got my order wrong multiple times in the same sitting.
I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but when I’m double charged for a bad experience, (only finding out a week later when I tried to use the gift card again), and I’m unable to get a refund because I don’t have the check #. (Which is in the bottom of the trash by now, and why is there no other way!), I’m really bummed. Hadn’t had too much issue with this place, but never coming to a Sonic again after this. It’s not worth it.

I don’t know what’s going on with Sonic recently, but their food has become absolutely terrible stopped and got one chicken wrap. The guy said the chicken was fresh but it was disgusting. The sauce was did not taste right when I asked to talk to the supervisor he came out in a hole was said was oh I’m sorry. I’m sorry I thought he can come up with saying. I was really pleased that my Kid’s Meal hotdog came out right–too many times I find Sonics don’t put the topping on OR they do, but package it poorly so it smears in the bag. As you see in the photo, perfect dog.
My car hop Jesse was a powerhouse.  He was running from stall to stall delivering meals like a mad man in the crazy 100+ degree heat. He deserves a medal!

Service was ok…when the person over the loudspeaker just asks is that all, Hmmmm maybe I’ll start going to a different location. The car hop was super fast and extremely friendly amd helpful! Bathroom was another story…water still on the floor, I feel sorry for anyone having to actually use the toilet to sit…their clothing will get as wet as can be….and that air vent inside the bathroom is nastier than a dirt ball rolled in dust.
