I am not surprised this location has such poor reviews. Whomever was taking the orders at 5:02pm dec 16 is a useless human being. He was so short and was trying to quit taking my order as quickly as he could, i had to hit the button twice because he kept hanging up before i was finished ordering, one of the times was to ask to make sure i got ranch for my cheddar peppers, guess what wasnt in my bag when i got home, if you guessed ranch you are right! On top of that i got no straw, it never ceases to amaze me how useless some people are.

Why do you list your opening time as 8:00 a.m. when every time I arrive, I’m told it will be another 10–15 minutes before the fryers are ready? I’ve even tried coming later, yet I still hear the same excuse. Today I showed up at 8:40, and the fryers still weren’t ready.
What is going on with the management at this location? It’s consistently unreliable, and at this point it’s worth the extra drive to Hutto just to avoid the hassle. Corporate Sonic should seriously reconsider allowing this location to continue operating under their brand.

Just left sonic on gattis, the worst experience we have ever had at a sonic. We ordered off the mobile app and checked in as we arrived. We waited 20 minutes over our quoted time to be ready then when we got notified it was on its way we waited another 15 minutes and it never showed. We pressed the red button to ask about our order and the employee rudely responded that she didn’t have our order anymore and clicked out of the call. We proceeded to press the button again and when she answered again we proceeded to let her know we certainly never got our order so as she huffed and puffed she then goes “ oh here it is, we’ll bring it out in a min” . She then proceeded to hand us our order and we drove off I immediately take a sip of my slush and got straight liquid. It was almost completely melted to where the cup was no longer even filled. We then open our onion rings and then are so burnt from just sitting in the window that the “onion” was GONE. I can’t believe that they would even serve this to someone. Absolutely the worst location. Rude service, horrible food, and obviously completely unorganized.

This is the absolute worst Sonic I have been to. My order was totally wrong when I got home. The carhop was rude. It took almost 5 minutes for someone to answer. I had to push the button a 2nd time for someone to answer. When I first arrived at Sonic all the workers sitting outside including the manager. This place is an absolute joke. If you want poor service and food then this is the place where you should be.

I made a stop here to grab some lunch.
We ordered the chicken bacon wrap. It was not great. Mine had no bacon. My husband’s had like a tiny sprinkle of bacon, but hardly any sauce. The chicken was cold and didn’t even feel a little warm when I bit into it. It was definitely disappointing.

This by far is the worst location I’ve been too yet!! My food came out cold and my tots looked soaked in grease. I went back to the location and asked to speak with a manager thinking it wouldn’t be an issue to have my order made over, especially if you just looked my food it explained itself. The manager Sarah went back and forward with me on how the food was fresh. She said she would make my order over and she did but she basically took my OLD order and reheated. Customers can tell what their previous food looked like before we hand it over. I order chicken strips and tots. They dropped the same chicken strips and tots back into the grease and gave me my same old order back. I only been to this location three times and all three times my food hasn’t been fresh. Horrible management.

My uber driver even told me that this location has poor service. He had to wait for a while to get my order, ended up CALLING them to let them know he was still waiting. this location is trash. Not only this, my entire order was wrong. Had the right receipt on it, but got 2 out of 3 items and 1 of those items weren’t right.

Check your milk, dawg. My friend got a strawberry cheesecake master shake, and after a pretty lengthy wait (though we didn’t mind), we were given our food and drinks. Everything else is fine, but the milk in the shake was literally spoiled. Not the first time this has happened, I got a spoiled milkshake a few months back, but I said nothing assuming it was just a one time thing. Whoever the manager is needa be on top of that kind of stuff, it’s not safe. Don’t mind the messy cup, I dug it out of the trash for the photo.

Tater tots were cold and yellow, almost raw. The toppings were swapped on our burgers (ketchup no tomatoes got tomatoes, while add jalapeno & bacon got no tomatoes and one single solitary slice of jalapeno). The crispy chicken sandwich was almost as mushy as the tots. No straws were given for our 3 shakes. This is after a ~30 minutes wait from placing our order, and that was after about 15 minutes of fighting with useless, generic errors in the app before it would even show me my cart and over 7 minutes on the phone with some foreigner in a call center who doesn’t understand that email addresses have “@” in them. Once it finally me get to my cart, the app charged me – TWICE – but never sent the order to the store and showed me errors both times. Call center lied and said one of the charges was declined (even though my CC issuer tells me about both declines and approvals, and this one was an approval). Call center also tried to convince me that reinstalling their broken app would magically fix it (no thanks, I’d rather uninstall).
What a great way to spend $40 (and be charged $120). Hopefully I don’t have to spend more time on the phone with Capital One disputing these fraudulent charges.
