Seriously, can’t your guys get this place in decent working order? At least, to a collective “Standard”…
I keep trying to be optimistic on this Sonic in Lago, mostly because it’s the only late and I work a ton of hours.. it’s hard enough working 2 jobs with no time to cook for my kids… I just needed this order…
“We don’t have sweat tea” I was told…
“You’ll have to wait 20-30 minutes for anything aside from a burger” basically …
The male on the intercom seems frustrated at ME for simply asking what was available… like, really dude?!?..
seems this place is hanging on by a thread.. this is literally the 4th time I’ve been screwed over AT THIS LOCATION!!! Please tell your staff- the website all indicates OPEN until 11pm. Why is nothing I wanted available? I’m guessing here, obvious to most I’m sure.. seems like this male didn’t want to pull out food or whatever the case…
Not cool to lead people on by advertising open until 11pm if everything BUT A CHEESEBURGER is either “Out” or being “told it would take longer to cook than the amount of time available” this is manipulation- this is not as advertised- the staff here need to be axed, or shut the dang place down… so tired of having a half-a’d people ruining what should have been a decent meal for my family… as mentioned before, and maybe I should know better by now,..

Pulled up, it was me and one other car. There were 6 cars in employee parking. Pushed the button, was told very rudely to hang on by a male voice. After sitting there for 5 mins, another car pulled on the lot, pushed the button and their order was taken right away. Pushed the button again and a couple of mins later a female voice asked what we wanted to order. She was very nice, got my order exactly as I said. 3 mins go by, and as we are waiting for our order a male manager walks around from back of store and asks if our order has been taken. This is with only 3 customers. This store is not what it used to be and management needs to take some classes.
