9 out of 10 times tater tots r either cold or just warm- I unfortunately get the same waitress with them and I send them back- she is terribly rude- was at Sonic at 2:00 Tuesday- waitress a little chubby, glasses-and hair in ponytail. She is always rude- not just today- I tip her as well- I spoke with a manager about this about 2?months ago and she advised me to complain- here it is!!

Last time I came through I ordered online, left my house after the allotted time because I live so close, still had to wait 10 minutes for my food while it wasn’t busy. This time i pull up when no one is here and activate the red button. I sit patiently for almost 10 minutes because there is always issues. As cars pull up around me they start taking their orders while my red button is still active. I push it again and they finally take my order like I just showed up. Last time I’ll use this one. They don’t care anyway, you can tell by the quality of the food.

Horrible experience. Manger yelled at me through the speaker then proceeded to come out, lean on my car and tell me they had no onion rings, that’s simply why I didn’t get them… no solution to fix it.

The staff are super friendly here and make you feel like you’re the favorite grand kid. Food, prices, and speed all seem normal compared to other sonics. Facility seems clean and normal. Nice to have at least one fast-food chain in town. You can also order on the app., I think there’s some coupons that way.

Three times in a row now they have gotten my order wrong and the last two times I actually told them about it and it still happened a third time!! The first day, the board outside wasn’t working right so the gal came outside and took my order out there and brought it back a little bit later it was a bit too long. But anyway, got the stuff and brought it home and there was something left out of it. I did not think of it but I did not have my drink. The next time I told them about that and ordered something else. I do not like ketchup on my hamburger ever. I told him that very clearly only mayonnaise and the rest of the stuff. Got home. Ketchup on Burger. And not just a little bit!! Gave that away. And then the next time today I go there. The guy couldn’t understand me on the board. He said they’ve been messing up lately. I told him about the last couple of experiences and he said sorry about that. So he went back inside and a different boy took my order out to the car and I told him briefly about the story and tipped him. He was at the end of the line he had no idea what had happened from the beginning to the end. Oh by the way, I only go to Sonic Maybe once or twice a month. Hopefully you can get it right soon. One more strike and that’s four strikes, and you’re out.
