There are very limited options for fast food in this area and it’s a shame that this Sonic isn’t better. My order is incorrect about 80% of the time- the drink is wrong or they leave something out or add something I said I didn’t want. I tried to do a mobile order before and the whole order was wrong. The wait is usually excessive which is the thing that keeps me from going more often b/c I think I can just go home and cook a burger faster than I can get one here. So maybe I should rate them higher for helping me eat at home more! LOL but in all seriousness the staff seems to be pretty pleasant when I go but the wait time and fact that my order is incorrect so frequently makes it not worth it to visit this place on any kind of regular basis.

It Hass to be the worst sonic I’ve been to and sadly it’s down the street from my house. After going there multiple times there’s always been a situation with the food in the services. Either the meat is undercooked or overcook, tater tots, or soft and white, and fries are usually soggy. The services are really bad. Usually there’s confusion in the kitchen and a Miller two missing Sally it’s been a bad experience every time.

This location always messes up the orders. Idk why I go back. I guess I hope one day they will get it right. Place just sux. I asked for no onions and they put onions. I took the burger back for them to re make it and they put onions again. This falls back on the management… DONT EAT HERE!!!

Someone from up top at Sonic REALLYYY needs to start reading these reviews. This Sonic is by faar the worst fast food joint i’ve been too. I don’t expect much when I come here but the employees are terrible, unwelcoming, lazy. Customer service is terrible. Orders are always wrong. 40+ wait time for online order! Don’t order. By the time I got the food it was cold. I had to ask 3 times if my order was going I was told yes and more time went by. Definitely don’t recommend this sonic at least during busy time

Literally every single.time I go here the order is wrong or the screen doesn’t work or they are short staffed, yadda yadda yadda Please get it together. It’s fast food not rocket science. I know there are a bunch of high school kids that work there….so train them. I worked in fast food in high school. I was trained well. Be better. Try harder. Cause the service sucks here.

Being the only one in Del valle, sometimes we have no choice but to go here. Worse sonic in history. Slow, rude and today it is 9pm and the sign says they close at 12am. I pressed the red button and they told me they are closed come back tomorrow. It always takes forever to get a drink or anything from here. Don’t bother with this store!

Became sick from food poisoning after eating from this location. The burger wasn’t even made the way I ordered it. Deciding not to give them a hard time I ate it anyways as I was very much hungry.
