45 minutes to get a hot dog, cheeseburger, and bag of ice. Which we never would have gotten had we not finally left our stall and drove up to the window.
Our food was cold and disgusting by the time we got it. We watched 10 other cars get served before us that came in after us.
We still got charged for cold food and a 45 minute wait.

Buns on burgers were very dark brown, almost black. Disappointing. Had to cut off the over browned bun. Was okay after that. Should not have to make adjustments to eat.

best sonic i’ve been to in a long time! The food came out at a reasonable time, and was delicious! I only saw one person bringing people food, Daloris brought me my food and she had such a good attitude (considering they were backed up) Would definitely come again!

There’s not a lot of customers waiting in stalls or in line and there always seems to be a FOREVER waiting period before someone actually responds to you, now my positive here is Adam. He’s been so amazing and helpful.

Update Went back again today and it was made perfect……
Went to a stall push button no one answered went to another stall no one answered. There was no sign saying they didn’t work so I ordered through the app. Order 44 route blue raspberry slush and small mozzarella sticks. Well the slush had no nerds and very little flavor and there was no marinara in bag. I took video but I can’t post it so this is the best screenshot I got.

Me and the wife don’t go out to eat much but when we do we want what we pay for every time we go here our order is wrong I ordered the new pulled pork tots a large one and I got tots with the pulled pork no sauce or anything orders my wife a large cherry limeade with extra real cherry s no cherry s but I got charged for them I understand ppl make mistakes but every time we go there our order is messed up plz add a quality control person so ppl get what they pay for.

The young lady was very polite, they didnt have something we wanted, but quickly came out to let us know, and we got an alternative. Her customer service was on point! My family and I will be definitely going back because of her! They also had corn hole, and tables so you can enjoy your food and play at the same time, or you can play while waiting for your food. We went about 9:30 at night we were just picking up food before heading home!
