Visited Sonic recently and was disappointed. The food didn’t live up to expectations—it looks nothing like the ads. On top of that, there was no restroom available, which is just inconvenient for customers. Overall, not a good experience.

Twice now I’ve ordered on the app and and not received what I ordered. No ketchup both times and most recently I customized my burger to NOT have mayo or onions and to add mustard but my requests were ignored. I’ll make sure to check my order before leaving from now on.

Just need one item waited 15 minutes at the drive thru and no one answered then pulled to the stall and still nothing it was NOT busy only one person waiting for his food. Fix this issue that’s not customer service at all very pour customer service,very disappointing

It took forever to get our order and that’s because there was hardly any customers. When the order finally came, my drink order was wrong, then it a while to get someone to come get the incorrect drink. Then another while to get my correct drink back. This was very frustrating.
