Allen was great and the food was hot, fresh, and made perfectly. I had some bad experiences in other locations, so haven’t been to Sonic in a long while. But today, I learned that I can come to this location for a quick, friendly, affordable lunch and be 100% satisfied.

Went through the drive thru and placed an order while waiting to pick up. All i can hear is just yelling and someone telling someone else to shut up repeatedly to another employee and then i hear “just do your job “. Get my order drive 15 min home. They forgot a large order of tots . also paid for bbq sauce got marinara instead.

Went around 1115 am and after waiting a minute they told me it was drive-thru only. Okay, went through the drive-thru. Ordered and paid and waited que a few minutes for my food. (No one in stalls when I left the area; one vehicle behind me in the drive-thru. I received my drinks and food finally and came home… To realize they DIDN’T give me my kid’s cheeseburger! Had to make her some chicken nuggets from Costco. Oh – no straws and when I eventually drove off there were definitely a couple cars in the stalls. On the bright side, the two employees I interacted with were nice.
4.5 stars. It took a while to get my order but the food was all hot. The server unfortunately did not ask me if I wanted any condiments though so my kid didn’t get her barbecue sauce or ketchup for her fries and nuggets. Went on a Sunday around 1120.

This Sonic has gone down hill bad!!! Just ordered two cheeseburgers and coney dog value meals…burgers were way overcooked…felt like i was eating charcoal…the edge was hard hard hard…the fries were hard and cold…nothing was fresh….they got rid of a lot of stalls so if you want to eat there in your car for the nastalgia…forget about it…i know…that was the main reason people would go…theyll be full or the order button wont work…why not put a sign or cone on the stalls that dont work.so peoole armt waiting like 10/15 minutes to place an order…theres only like 6 spots to eat there…curbside there doesnt make sense at all for that place.. i miss when it was good…def lost our business…we used to go there a lot…their burgers suck now…the girl in the drive through was nice though..

Easily the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. The employee taking my order stopped talking once I had given my order but never told me to move up to the window or anything. Once I got to the window the employee didn’t even have my order at all and I had to reorder. Once we got to the window the lady was so disrespectful and rude when taking our order. In addition to that they took forever to do anything, we were probably in the line for 45 minutes before we actually got to the speaker even though there were maybe two cars in front of us. When it came time to pay the lady was very rude when I tried to use cash and card rather than nicely explaining that I can’t do a partial cash payment she was very rude about it.

This review is going to be a little odd but, I wanna start off by saying I’ve been going through a lot dealing with grief of losing a parent, and today I decided to just get out the house and get something to eat. I ordered a burger, mozzarella sticks, and a cherry limeade all separate because I just didn’t have it in me, wasn’t thinking straight; the lady who took my order reminded me of the combos and rang it in for me as a combo to save me some change, I told her my day has been pretty rough and she was super sweet and funny, told me my day would get better. When the food was given to me another girl told me that the lady who took my order told me my day would get better, and I really really appreciated it. It probably doesn’t mean much to most but it really did for me at this moment. After I drove off, I did cry and kinda grieve a little more, but it meant so much to just hear a little positive reminder for the day. Thank you!! <3

I’m still trying to wrap my head around meal pricing vs À la carte.
This location doesn’t do meals. Only À la carte.
Sat in line for 15 mins just to order the food.
The guy taking the order sounded like he was on drugs. Got my entire order wrong. As well as the kitchen idiots.
Wanted 2 dill smasher burgers, he asked if I wanted the meals or the burgers by themselves.
Meals.
Dill seasoned tots with both meals.
What drink? Dr pepper.
Would you like todo a large on both? Yes!
Extra grillo pickles please!
Oh we’re out of them at the moment. Okay extra of both regular type please.
Repeated my tot request a 3rd time.
Mayo on one. No cheese on both (this location is known to charge for taking cheese off).
25 mins later make it to the window.
Madison was the only one that seemed to know what was going on. Kept apologizing.
This one charged me for 1 medium order of tots (definitely wasn’t medium or dill seasoned)
2 separate large dr peppers
Separate orders of burgers. Charged for extra pickles.
Totaling out to 27.xx
Manager came to the window after she was done smoking a cigarette.
She asked what could be done to make it right? Ummm charge me for the actual meals.
Not separate items. Refund me the difference.
Her response “you didn’t order the meals”
You asked for stuff separately. I just put my head down and she just looked at me like a deer in the headlights.
Kitchen staff asking whats wrong. “I dont know. Trying to figure it out”
She insisted i redo the order again and pay for it. Then she’d refund me my money for the original one.
Yeah. Wait another 25-30 mins for another order. Thats efficient.
Just drove off.
Got home and no extra pickles. Almost No lettuce. No seasoned tots. Burger patties were crisper than freddys burgers.
