I placed an order and paid for it at the drive up window. I waited. People came and went on both sides of me. I stopped two different servers and told him I hadn’t received my order after about 30 minutes of waiting. I walked up inside and told him I hadn’t received my order. A girl just looked at me and said you ordered and I said yes and I paid for it. They kept looking for my receipt and they said I needed a receipt. I informed them I never got a receipt because I never got my food and I showed them where they charged me at my bank. One server said oh this happened sometimes we give it to the wrong car. Meanwhile, I’m still waiting. I was there over an hour. Still never got any food. They said they’d have the manager call me never received any food from the manager. Never recall I wrote a letter never heard back. I’ll never go to another sonic Againnow I’m out $30 and no food.

The food was fine. The limeades more ice than liquid. I request to get water on my limeade ice (I paid limeade but I got ice only) they refused to give me water, this with bad attitude.:(

Went today for the $0.99 drinks and my cheddar bombers. They gave me 2 small drinks instead of thee medium and had me pay for my ranch. I get these bombers all the time and never been charged for the 1 container of ranch only if I wanted more than one. In a rush so I didn’t drive back n complain. Came back to the same area and decided to get my daughter another Mango drink. Decided to go through drive thru. She gave me a larger drink than what I had earlier so I ask for her to show me a small. I went on to explain what I got earlier and the lady just shrugged her shoulders like idc. So I said can I get the manager number and now she wants to try and fix it. I said no because at that point we all know what happens when you complain about something and they remake it. I definitely didn’t want them doing anything to my daughter drink. I dont understand why she didn’t offer that when I made my initial complaint. I came to this location because the one on san pedro is trash machines are always down. Well I guess i have to find another location. I just want what I paid for and not to be charged extra for something when it comes with the order. Do better and retrain your team on what to do with complaints.

Ew this is the first time I’ve seen a Sonic open at 11AM.
It looked deserted when I pulled in but I just thought “nah the prolly only a cook and a car hop and they both don’t have cars and they are just dead right now. So next time you guys should really turn off the menus when you close because the screen was welcoming me And telling me to push the red button for service and in sitting here like a dummy for like 7 minutes waiting for someone to answer. They charge for condiment packets. Asked for napkins, and was told there were two in the bag. There were six corn dogs in the bag, but they wouldn’t budge on the two napkins. Sonic is approaching what I call stupid cost cutting. They have stores closing left and right, and I have to think this one is soon to join them.

Service was astoundingly slow giving the few cars that were at this location. Waited for ten minutes for our flashing button only for it to be completely dismissed. Ended up placing am order through the mobile app while sitting in the stall. Food took around half an hour to receive. The food we did receive was absolutely horrible! Burnt bits all over the fried foods and you could tell fryer oil hadn’t been changed in a long while just from the taste!

The food is nice if you can stand homeless people and other people walking around you if you eat outside other than that the food is good good customer service. They need people this location is good but they are desperate need for workers. (Update) Check Online KSAT12 for their take on this location. I stress proceed with caution.

Tourists do NOT come here without cash. This place doesn’t accept international cards. The manager kept our card hostage until we got cash from across the street. All for a 10 dollar meal. It’s a system issue but I’m never coming back to Sonic for this reason.

The food took quite a while to come out. The food was mostly cold. Our order wasn’t correct. I ordered my daughter a kids corn dog meal and got a hot dog instead. But I’m glad I got to actually see the weiner that was in the hot dog because I didn’t even give her the hot dog because it looked so gross. I wouldn’t want to eat it so there was no way I was giving it to my kid. The delivery girl was nice and apologized for the wait but that was the only nice part to this visit.
