Wow, this location needs a new speaker system. The attendant was friendly. Just the sound system was really bad. Stopped here on my way home to get cheese tater tots. Food was little slow, but it seems to be the norm at various Sonic locations.

My guy and I went here 1-28-23 at 8:41 pm and on the menu board we saw the Steak n Bacon Grilled Cheese Sandwich. One the menu it looked one way, but when we received our sandwiches it look totally different! Steak wasn’t chopped! Just wasn’t happy with how it was prepared!

It sucks that I have to leave a bad review on my favorite sonic, but the last interaction was pretty ridiculous. I don’t know if the shift was just bad, but I waited 15 minutes for a drink and pretzel. Sucks but not a big deal. My order comes, and there’s no cheese sauce. Okay, mistakes happen. I ask, get my sauce, and then take a drink from my “sprite” and it was water… like actually water. I ask for a new drink, and I was met with attitude because they needed “to get someone that could understand me”. Met with short, unhappy staff. Missing that young lady with the cute decorated hats, she was always amazing.

No sign on drive through. No one answered and IGNORED us at the window. Terribly managed. Unprofessionally dressed and unhygienic staff. Very few customers but still waiting extremely long for just drinks.

Really wondering about whether this restaurant considers customer service and customer experience when they hire or promote employees?! I went there today, by the way I am a former GM and RM for several food chains, and to have someone tell me what I ordered, slamming the window in my face, and not even let me get a word in! All the while, the vehicle in front of me, left very much upset without getting their food, makes me wonder how this gentleman is in the position he is in!! This is the POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! If I could have given a below zero star rating, that is what it would be!

What a disappointment when you order on the app, leave a tip on there, and then get home to this! We go to this location all the time & always order the same exact thing – Large cheese fries w/coke. Never have we had cold fries and half melted cheese slices! This is just unacceptable!

Location is not open till 12 just be aware that they close at 11. Ordered before closing time, but had looked at closing time on Google and it states they close at 12 else would not have ordered. Generally try to order at least 30 minutes to an hour before closing. Drove up to location and they have limited staff. If your looking for a job they can use your services. Headed to Whataburger and will wait 7-10 business days for refund.
