I’m really bummed. I truly love Sonic, always have, I hype them up to everyone because their burgers are bomb and so are their chicken sandwiches.
I’m disappointed because the sonic I went to in Seguin just 2 weeks ago gave me a cheeseburger without the PATTY lol I called, the lady sounded bothered by my call so I just let it go.
I came to this location in schertz and got my mom and I some chicken sandwiches. I asked for grilled, but we ended up with crispy. Not that big of a deal, however the sandwich sucks. The meat was just a thin piece of chicken in this heavily seasoned frying, no flavor, just bland as heck and my route 44 sweet tea, was not sweet. What is going on Sonic lol you’re killing me these last 2 visits.

Store is n need of update and cleaning on the exterior. Tried to order from stall 13 and the speaker system was out. Wonder what else isn’t being managed here.

Service sucked, they claimed it was because of limited staff. We went through drive through and they hung up on us and did not answer for 5 minutes leaving us in the drive through. We then went to the window and waited another 5 minutes for them to finally open and answer us with rude behavior. When we got the food it was all thrown around in the bag not in its proper wrapping. They closed the window, we realized we never received our straws and knocked on the window again with no answer. There was only three cars in the service lanes and only us in the drive through. This is unacceptable, granted this is a sonic so I do not expect top quality service but this is not right.

My guy and I went here 1-28-23 at 8:41 pm and on the menu board we saw the Steak n Bacon Grilled Cheese Sandwich. One the menu it looked one way, but when we received our sandwiches it look totally different! Steak wasn’t chopped! Just wasn’t happy with how it was prepared!

I think its just sonic as a company but what is the point of ordering ahead of time and the food and drinks still not ready. All I ordered was a drink and people who I hear order get their order before me. This location used to be good but gone way down.

Wow, this location needs a new speaker system. The attendant was friendly. Just the sound system was really bad. Stopped here on my way home to get cheese tater tots. Food was little slow, but it seems to be the norm at various Sonic locations.

For a great deal, snacky hour can’t be beat. Plus I could still use my 1/2 price burger reward. I got 6 mozz sticks, a loaded single cheeseburger and my rt44 water for under $8.

I come here all the time and order the same thing on the app. Today, they messed up the order again. Normally I just roll with it but if you read back the correct order and I get the wrong one it’s a problem. I have a sensitive stomach so I don’t do ot of extras on my burgers. This was not what I ordered.
