We order a #3 cheeseburger with 2 wacky meal and a chicken sandwich. Didn’t check our food until we got home. The cheeseburger didn’t have the meat. ‍♂️I’m 30mins away from this sonic.

They’ve definitely stepped up their game since I first started coming here. They earned their stars back. The location is always clean & the food has been coming out quick. Despite then having an employee walk out on them they handled everything quick & promptly. Rubin was amazing, made sure we had everything & literally ran our order out to us

I show up alittle before 10pm through the drive-thru. Absolutely no one is here except the employees obviously. Waiting for someone to say something for about 1-2 minutes or so before telling me to hold on a moment. About a minute or so goes by, a car pulls up to the other side of drive-thru. Couple minutes go by, that vehicle continues driving up to the window. At this point now I have been sitting for about 10 minutes. Then another vehicle pulled up to the drive-thru on the other side. Then continued to drive up to the window. When he finally gets on to get my order he tells me they didn’t have the chili for my tots and it would take him an hour to prep(defrost) it. And me thinking over here.. hmmm y’all don’t close for another hour… why didn’t you prep and defrost that before you ran out of the other one. To me that looks straight up just lazy. And after ordering the 3rd burger he tells me it’s going to take alittle longer cuz they need to get more meat. Seriously?!? Why is this stuff not taken care of in advance. Y’all were dead!!! No one was here. Let’s proceed.. we get home. Start eating the tots and realize they look alittle darker than usually. To realizing they were soaked in oil when cooking. Like, not even just alittle.. SOAKED! All 4 of the orders of tots we had. The meat was the same as well as the mozzarella cheese. Then our order was wrong. Ordered a #3 no onions. #2 plain. And #1 with no onions. My #1 ended up being a #2 plain but with onions. I actually wanted all my vegetables! Super disappointed in this location as I have always gone here and never had issues like this before til now. Makes me wanna take an extra 5/10 min just to drive alittle further down 46 to the other location.

Then I thought.. hmm maybe they are short staffed. Nope! 3 guys in there.. and keep in mind that no one was there before me in line or parked in the other areas. Do better please. If y’all have new guys then maybe some talking needs to be done or better training.

Had an unpleasant visit this afternoon. I stopped to grab snacks and ordered a large dill tator tots, along with a drink. The tots came in a large coney tray inside a wrapper And based on what I got, it didn’t look much like a large order. For the 4$+ they cost I got less than that, in my opinion. And they tasted like regular tots rather than the dill I purchased. Then at the window, I asked for ketchup and was told I’d be charged for it…even though I bought tator tots ….which are known for being ketchup’s sidekick.

I’m thoroughly disappointed that today’s visit was less than favorable. Customer service is taking a back burner to the all mighty dollar. Come on Sonic, do better.

I love sonic and the ice is my favorite. I use the app for half price drinks anytime of day and the sodas are always consistent and wonderful. Gas stations seem to have issues with the carbonation or fountains beiNg out of order or no ice etc. that is never the case with Sonic, and with the app the exact same price for a regular soda.

Was there about 12: 20 pm afternoon Sunday September 14 and this Sonic had 2 people working , you know they were tired but got it done! Got the full order correct and still had a great attitude! They informed me at beginning was short staff and may be a minute but without complaint. 2 coney dogs, grilled cheese and mozzarella and tater tots and fries.

I’ve ordered the double smashed burger with crispy onions 2 different times and they got it wrong twice. Even got manager name Terry to redo it now they no longer have crispy onions.
