I ordered 2 All-American Smasher meat deals. One of them had only lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I let them know that I am allergic to onions and cannot have them. On the second burger, there were no food restrictions. I got home and started eating my burger, but I soon noticed that my tongue was getting numb and swelling, and my head began to throb. These are classic symptoms of an allergy to onions. I did my Epi-Pen, and it didn’t give me any relief. I didn’t know that I had to go to the ER after an Epi shot. I went to the ER, and they immediately took me back. They started an IV and gave me another shot of Epinephrine, Benadryl, and Pepcid. They also gave me Tylenol for my headache. Later on in the ER I had to have a breathing treatment. The doctor wanted to make sure I was able to breathe. I was discharged after being in the hospital for 4.5 hours. I recommend that your employees are properly trained on how to deal with food allergies. I was very lucky that this didn’t kill me it was that serious.

Ordered a double burger and get home to find raw uncooked patties. Barely even brown on the outside. I’ve seen some restaurants with nice thick patties undercook them, but these are already paper thin and they cant even cook them through.

I just had my husband run out to get me a cheeseburger add mayo, fries and DP. The cheeseburger was horrible. I ate three bites because I was starving but threw the rest away. The cheeseburger was drowning in mayo, it had extra pickles which I don’t mind pickles but this had so many. One tomato that was so thick and very little lettuce. With all the mayo, it was just a mess and did I mention it was cold. So disappointed. The best thing about the meal was my DP. We won’t be going to this Sonic when we want a quick but good burger.

Went to get 2 blast. Oreo and Reese’s, went through the drive through since the stalls were not busy. Got extra on both of them and asked the person taking my order for the drive through to blend them well. And needless to say the bottom is just ice cream. Kinda sad that I have to ask for them to be blended well and they aren’t. Would like the franchisee owner to reach out to me.

WORST SONIC EVER!! Tried couple times and everytime they never fail to fail me! Went to get late night dinner, got attitude from a young lady working there so just got ice and not to mention they made me wait 20 minutes for just ice.!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

The mozzarella sticks were good but the coney was disappointing. Where’s the chili? It wasn’t on the sleeve the coney came in (and that’s usually what scrapes it off.) The wait time was long too.
