Spent just under $50 for 2 burger combos and a chicken sandwich combo. All the lettuce on the sandwiches look old and rotten. Chicken was way over fried (almost black). Paid $5 extra for some onion rings. Came out burnt to a crisp. I let them know the onion rings were burnt, they brought me more burnt onion rings. See pic to see what I mean by burnt.

So I was using the App to order and it was not working when I checked out and error. I was just trying to order a large sweet tea. The store refused to honor the half price app deal and took 20 mins to serve me a sweet tea and full price. Poor management and service!

Do not go to this sonic!!! I arrived at 10:30pm and nobody answered at the drive through menu. I then went to the intercoms at the individual stations and again no answer. I had to drive up to the window to get my order which they got wrong and looks disgusting. The hot dog looks as it’s been sitting out all day and the orange cream slush just tastes like mush. I can’t eat any of this garbage and this place shouldn’t been in business after reading all the other similar reviews.

Worst Sonic ever!!! Worst customer service, worst attitudes, and so disgusting!! You called my mom a liar and got upset when she came back at you. Inedible. I could not eat it, so a complete waste of money. Two times now, food tastes like it was cooked in rancid oil, like they have gone waaaayyyy too long before refreshing it. I won’t be back to this sonic, ever.

Avoid this location, like all others say. The manager is very unhelpful. Claimed they didn’t have my order that we placed online. Maybe she could have asked if it was under a different first name, which it was and avoided my very unpleasant experience ( I will never be back a sonic!!

First time to Sonic in years. Ordered a simple cheeseburger with mustard and no onions. Got home and it had mayo and extra onions. I can’t eat onions so I had to throw most of it away.

I usually have a great experience here! But today I got tater tots in the mobile order lane that were caked in salt. This was not a little extra. This was like putting a spoonful of salt in your mouth. Needless to say they are inedible. I tried wiping the salt off for my kids but they were still too salty to eat. Sorry I left a tip.
