Had a craving for chili cheese dog and Sonic never fails. The place was busy but we got our foot longs quickly. And they were perfect. Love the chili they use. We shared a large tater tot order and they were hot and crispy. I’m normally a cherry limeade gal but decided to try the strawberry tea. I didn’t care for it. Should have stuck with a Cherry limeade. We love Sonic!

On Dec 23rd 2025 we ordered 14 corn dogs since they were on sale for .99¢. We go to pick up our corn dogs get home and they are burnt. I called the Sonic on John stockbauer and spoke to Jay Lynn a manager on duty and she explained that the general manager would call me the next day I gave her my information and no one has yet to call me. This is so very unprofessional and disappointing. We took pictures of the corn dogs as well.

The WORST customer service I’ve ever had.
We had an issue with an item we received, no biggie. Went back to ask for the right thing and the employee AND manager were arguing with my mother. I was just trying to ask for the correct item, there was no issue but the way they handled themselves and the problem was just ridiculous. Learn some basic comprehension skills and respect. Instead of going back and forth trying to argue and roll eyes, it’s not that hard to resolve an issue without attitude and disrespect.

All the food was cold … I ordered a quarter pound double cheeseburger… no way is this a 1/4 pound per patty! And it had onion on it even though not listed on the menu (I’m allergic.) … My husband’s sandwich came with the tomato he asked them to hold and about 13 pickles which he doesn’t care for even the 2 or 3 that normally come on it.

They tend to give me crispy tots more often than others. This morning they had poor attention to detail. I ordered extra bacon and didn’t get it. My wife ordered half sweet half unsweet tea and got plain unsweetened. The tots were okay though.

Stopped by this location in the drive through at 8:30pm they had all the lights off outside including the drive through. I thought maybe they just weren’t working because I could see the workers inside and online it says they close at 11pm. After some time a worker took our order and we could clearly see her in the window from the drive through that she looked mad we were still there. She rushed through repeating our order in an angry tone and with attitude said our total and we could see her throwing her hands up like she was mad in the window. I think they turned all the lights off because they didn’t want anyone ordering for the rest of the night which is absolutely ridiculous it was no where near closing time. We didn’t even stay for our order we drove off will never come to this location again.

Horrible MANAGEMENT. You can tell they’re short staffed and it starts at the head and not the tail, for lack of better words. If management can’t run the business professionally and properly then everything goes down hill from there. A manager and her co worker (significant other) refused to remake an order for a customer due to the tone of voice of the sonic employee asking for the mistake to be corrected. TRASH.
