Thank you to the sonic staff for your friendly customer service and excellent food. Food was served hot and fresh. Faith was friendly and explained my order down to the number of packets of ketchup I received. I maybe waited 5 minutes before my food was out to me. 10/10

While waiting for my order, the screen said my order was ready and being brought out. I waited nearly 10 minutes, so I pushed the order button to be told they were on their way now. Waitress said the hot fudge wasn’t really hot yet, so they were “trying to make my order correct.” Well, I would expect they would make my order correctly regardless. But, they never should have closed out my order saying it was ready when it really wasn’t.

Absolutely the worst Sonic restaurant I have ever eaten at. Every single item we ordered was incorrect. The food was cold. The staff spent more time visiting with friends than completing customer orders. Management and owners, you guys need an entirely new crew. Absolute garbage!
