This place is a joke. Placed an ahead order for a sweet tea and 20 minutes later I still did not have a drink. No one even came to the window to offer me something else or let me know I needed to wait longer. They just ignored me. Will not be going to this sonic again. I’ll drive to the town over to there sonic.

It shouldn’t take over 20 mins to get a breakfast burrito and a small coffee. when I finally got the coffee and asked for creamer, for the second time, The employee drops all of it, apologizes but then goes back inside and ignores me. It took a couple minutes street pushing the red button for someone (young male) to take my order. I asked for a Super Sonic bacon double cheeseburger with mustard and no mayo. I received the SS double cheeseburger but there wasn’t any bacon and it had mayo and no mustard.

I ordered a number 2 and was charged individually for each item and charged twice for my drink. The lady at the drive through window was so terrible to me when I asked to swap from Dr pepper to ocean water. Then I found coffee grains in my ocean water and nobody would answer the phone when I called.. I have yet to have someone answer the phone. These people were so nasty to me I don’t want free nothing and you could not pay me to eat at this location ever again. Just why? Why treat people so terrible? I’m not sure how I offended them but they treated me so awful. I hope this fall into the right hands.

We were trying to order ahead and get the 1/2 off diacount, but the app always gives me trouble. As soon as i pulled up the car hop came to my car with 23 shakes and was trying to give them to me as he/she read out the order from the receipt in his hand. Im honest and nice so i told him it wasnt mine but id take it if he wanted me to. He off course looked confused as he smiled and tried to figure where he went wrong. It took him a short 10 min. To ask every vehicle on other side and someone finally claimed it. We had a strawberry cheesecake shake, and it was not what I thought it would be. Just don’t think it has ANY chunks of cheesecake or texture because it does not. It was like drinking thick milk. I had ordered a 1/2 off soda, a route 44 root beer, and it was terribly flat or tasted like carbonation. Yuk! Let’s say that the 99 cent root beer 2-litter at market basket blew it away. I miss the trays that clipped on to your vehicle window(door).

The drinks are great! And the wait staff is very attentive and quick. However, the past few times I’ve come here the food has been very bad, especially the fried chicken tenders that come with the fried chicken tender meal. The tenders were burnt along with the fried onion that was barely anything there because it had been cut too long, and it appeared to be a dirty grease. I usually only come here for drinks.
