Ordered the ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito just now, and the only thing on it was tater tots and cheese no bacon, no sausage, no egg. And we waited a good 15 minutes on top o that. You can do better sonic.

Ordered ahead on Sonic App. Which gives you 1/2 off drinks. They brought the food out in a few minutes. Burger: did not taste fresh, sloppy put together, 1 tomato, 1 raggedy piece of lettuce, it was ok, but not as good as burger depot or what it should be for the price.

Today I went to sonic and I went to pay my total, handed the employee a $50 bill and she said that they would not accept it. I had no other money with me nor a card, so she said I would have to go break the $50 bill and come back for my food. We were not happy about this…at all. I looked for any signs or any notice but couldn’t find one when I came back. Not cool.

Waited 30 minutes for 1 order of cheese sticks. When my order finally arrived the change wasn’t correct. I was told they were out of coins and gave me a shoulder shrug. I asked for my change again and the worker threw an attitude and told me to take it up with Sonic. And yes I tried to call management and no one answered the phone.

The food is on par with other locations but this location lacks in service… majorly. Everytime I come here I want to give it another chance but it ALWAYS lets me down. Currently waiting over 20 min for an order of just 5 drinks placed mid afternoon on a Sunday. Barely any other vehicles in the stalls. Zero communication or care from the employees. Other days its the same… ridiculously long wait times for the smallest and simplest of orders. Do not waste your time at this location. If you like waiting 30 min for FAST food…. then be my guest. I will won’t be wasting my time with this location again.

This is easily the worst sonic/fast food place I’ve ever been to in my life. I waited over 25 minutes for someone to finally take my order and their customer service was terrible. The food took 30 minutes to come out and I was missing multiple fries and the food was cold and not good at all. No straws, wrong drinks, no cherrys or limes in the cherry limeade, how does that make any sense? 50% of the stalls don’t even work, also a random homeless guy was asking me to buy him food during the 30 minute wait so that’s always fun. Worst Sonic ever. The store owner obviously doesn’t care about it at all.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service we received today at your Port Arthur, Texas location at 4525 Twin City Hwy.

After placing our business meeting, we stopped to grab some drinks and snacks. The first thing we heard when we pushed the button was, “These people are pissing me off.” After proceeding with our order, I asked if I could change my drink, but the employee refused to accommodate the request.

When the employee came out to hand us our order, she gave us just one straw. We politely asked for another, but she responded by puffing in frustration and acted as if she didn’t hear us. When we asked again, she left without acknowledging us.

Later, we went to the door to ask for missing marinara sauce and napkins, as they were not provided with our order. To our surprise, the employee threw the napkins, marinara sauce, and straw out the door at us onto the ground in an unprofessional manner.

I have never encountered such poor service at any Sonic location before, and this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied.

I hope you will address this situation promptly and ensure that this type of behavior is not repeated to any other customer.

This is the worst sonic I have ever been too, I have tried to give this restaurant a chance time after time; but to no avail it continues to make the same mistakes. I only come here because I work near this location, but today I waited over 20 minutes for just a large drink. If I was able to get a refund via the mobile app I would have just left. Every time I come here it more than a 20 minute wait. The service is horrible.
