This location deserves to be shut down. Getting a burger that is cold enough to be considered refrigerated along with mush tater tots is less than pathetic. Not to mention arguing with me about whether or not I had already paid when I’m showing you the charge on my bank app. Will never return to any Sonic after this experience.

The burrito and coffee that I usually get for breakfast always cost $1.50 more at this location and employees don’t know why. And just like the previous Sonic around the corner in Port neches, If you want coffee you’re going to be waiting 20 minutes because they don’t think ahead to brew coffee in the morning when people would want it. For some reason they also have the music playing so loud. You can’t even hear the car hop speak or talk to people in your car to normal volume

For years now, I had hoped it was just different staff or something that was the issue, but ordering a blast from here is just not a good idea. Knowing how they previously put little to nothing in my ice cream, I ordered 3 mix ins. I got maybe 1.5 and not even my baseline order. As much as I love paying $8 for a cup of soft serve, I think I’m done with Sonic. Also, their regular greasy food gives heart attacks, so enjoy!

This sonic is the worst I have visited. They messed up my order i called and they said they would write it down to get it fixed for the next time I was able to stop by. I went to pick it up today and the dumb lady on the phone lied and didn’t write the crap down. Screw this sonic. Dont waist your time they always screw something up.

Pulled in to place an order, pressed the red button and patiently waited. Sat in my car for 10 minutes with no one coming through on the speaker. I waited even though they were not busy at all. I finally decided to leave after 20 minutes! Once I pulled around to see what was going on I saw the workers sitting on their phones. Completely unprofessional of the staff, I usually love this Sonic! After today however, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

They were very busy, the girls were steady in and out with orders, our food came within 10 minutes, it was hot and fresh, this sonic has always been on point. Unlike a couple others over in orange county.
