My goto spot for a quick lunch while on the road.
Its absolutely crazy to me how much a quick, “cheap” meal cost now in days but ill be the first to say that sonic is doing their best to keep prices affordable for what they have to offer.
Someone please remind McDonald’s that they shouldn’t cost as much as 5 guys smh

I’ve visited this Sonic several times, and the service is consistently slow. Even when orders are ready, they often take a long time to be delivered. I’ve had slushies take over 30 minutes to arrive, and by then they were completely melted.
Today was the final straw — mobile ordering wasn’t working, and when I asked if my online coupon could still be honored, the manager left me waiting in the drive-thru for about 10 minutes while helping other cars behind me.
Some of the employees are friendly and try their best, but this location is very poorly managed. I don’t recommend it, which is disappointing since my family really enjoys Sonic slushes.

Horrible service! We spent over 30 min ordering our food and waiting for it to be brought out. Would’ve kept waiting if we hadn’t asked someone about our order. Finally got our food and ended up being all wrong. Ordered footlong coney and got it with NOTHING on it. Plain hotdog.

This Sonic need to go out of business! This is the absolutely worst ran sonic I have ever visited. Service in the evenings is typically…AWFUL. When we have delivery orders, almost always something is missing or wrong. And to top it off- they posted communication to supposed managers and higher ups on every stall including phone and email……to no surprise- never once have we received a call back or response to emails submitted. Sonic….Shut it down!

Could have caused us an allergic reaction being careless.
Ordered a couple of cokes my way. One with coconut and one without. Neither were labeled. To make it easier one was regular coke and one was coke zero so even marking the drink diet would have helped. I let the young guy know that I couldn’t tell which one has coconut and my friend was allergic so itw as important. He made a guess (which ended up being wrong) I decided not to give the drink to my friend and tried it. The one he said had no coconut was the one with coconut. He needs to be trained in the importance of food allergies.

We ordered from uber eats and they forgot to put the marina sauce that comes with the mozzarella sticks and one of our drinks didn’t have syrup so it was flat and bland.

I believe Robert was working the drive thru tonight (Sunday 11/09/25) and he was so incredibly KIND. He literally made my entire evening. I hope this message gets back to him and I hope something good can come from it. He did everything with such attention to detail.

Ordered 2 large chili cheese fries for my family to share. Guy brought out 2 tat or tots with chili and cheese. When we told him that’s not what we ordered, he insisted that we take the tots because otherwise he would have to make it all over again. He even told us if we didn’t take the tots, we would have to wait for them to be cooked. We asked him why we should take food that we didn’t order. He got very agitated and kept telling us to just take what he brought. When we told him we were ok with waiting and to please bring what we ordered, left with the tots. A lite bit later he came out with the Fries and a death stare if I had ever seen one. I accepted the chili cheese fries and thanked him for the order, he didn’t even acknowledge me and pretended like I was not there and walked off. Only giving this place 2 stars because he DID manage to walk the food out to our vehicle. This place is known for bad service and is complained about repeatedly on local social media. We will make it a point to drive further away to a better location when ordering from Sonic.

Absolutely do NOT recommend this location. It took over 15 minutes to fulfill a mobile drink order, the employees were just sitting around, and didn’t even know where to deliver the order once it was ready. There weren’t more than four cars at the location, so they can’t blame it on being “busy” either. I’d be horrified if I were the manager, district manager, or other leader of this location.

Drinks never taste good from here. Server with tattoos on her hand was on a long phone call cussing at somebody, I could hear the entire conversation. Took forever to run my card.
