I frequent this location often since it’s right by our neighborhood. The food is decent. What you would expect for the price point. Shakes and desserts are great. My last few visits could have gone better. The person taking our order sounded frustrated. Understandably so, had a car at every car hop due to their specials and kids getting out of school. Gentleman was rushing me as I ordered. Other than that a good location to pick up a snack and treat for the family.

This sonic should be shut down or ran by whole different new employees, I constantly see the same employees each time, and the past 3 times I’ve been there ALL of my food has been undercooked. I ordered jalepeno poppers and they were cold and soggy and not cooked enough. Same with the cheese sticks and chicken tenders I ordered tonight. The girl employee that is always at the window is extremely disrespectful. She was also counting my money exactly $28.40 for over two minutes and looked confused… I was beginning to get worried. SAD! atleast cook your food longer and treat your customers with respect. Or if you need help counting ask somebody! I’m so over it with this place. Oh and for future references, start mixing your ice cream better!!!!!

Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. Can’t even make a simple shake and very obviously nuked my tater tots with cheese so long the potatoes turned to mush and the cheese was burnt. Nothing is fresh at this location, they are refrying/microwaving stuff to the point it’s inedible.

This Sonic should be closed down. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They take absolutely forever, even just for a drink. Today we ordered a drink and fries. Our order was cleared from the screen but never came. We had to call and repeat it to them. When it finally arrived the drinks were melted and fries were cold. This has happens regularly, I am tired of giving them the benefit of the doubt. They will never get better. Don’t bother calling the manager, I found plastic in my food a several months ago and called to report it using the number on the receipt, in case it was in anyone else’s. It went to his cell phone and he told me he wasn’t at the store so there was nothing that could be done. This place is a joke, your better off driving a few more miles to somewhere else. Don’t waste your time.
