Terrible. There was only one other car when I pulled in the drive through and it took almost 30 minutes to get a kids meal. After leaving I realized they hadn’t given my card and receipt back. Burger also tasted like rubber.

Honestly, the staff are always nice, but the thing that makes me NEVER return is the not one, but THREE times, I purchased a tea and it had slime in it. Not sure if they’re just not cleaning the tea container good or what but that was seriously disgusting and I can’t make myself purchase tea from anywhere now because idk how they’re cleaning is.

Just left from the Sonic in Highlands!! Horrible Horrible place to try and get good service!! Stoped in a stall and after pressing the button to place my order i waited 10 maybe 15 minutes. No Answer!!?? Pulled into the drive thru and said Hello a few times each time a little louder maybe they couldn’t hear. ?? .. pulled around to the drive thru. Still. Nothing. Don’t see anyone all. Looks almost closed down . Finally look up the hours of operation an it says till 12 am. It was 9:30pm. We call n right away a lady answered. Saying they are open. Finally lady comes to the window and says. Oh. “I had my headset turned off “. Eventually give her my order. A she reads it back. Still had the order wrong. I correct the order. She runs my card. Takes at least 30 to 40 more minutes And we finally get our food. But we’re missing something. We tell her what we’re missing. N she’s like oh I didn’t charge her for that. But when she read the order back it was right after I had corrected her. Wanted to charge us for again for the same item that was supposed to have been on the original order which when she read it back she had it correct. Idk what their issue is but won’t be going back for a long time. Horrible service. Can’t find any good see anywhere now days.

It always takes a long time if you park and order. This time I timed it. 20 minutes after I ordered the screen said someone was coming out with my order. 5 min later the screen cleared and nothing. Also, we were the only ones. I pressed the red button and told them I’ve been waiting 25 minutes and the guy said ok it’ll be right out. 5 min later the girl comes out and is apologetic. When I asked who’s fault it is she said not mine and it won’t happen again. I don’t think it was her fault but its pretty bad. So I wouldn’t go unless you have 30 min to wait for fast food the taste like fast food but over priced and not fast at all.

Ok so i went to Sonic in highlands a few minutes ago. I give my order as jumbo popcorn chicken meal large sized with tater tots and coke zero with cherry. I get to the window to pay and the lady reads my order back to me from my receipt. Jumbo popcorn chicken large sized with french fries and coke zero with cherry. I tell her no, i ordered tater tots. She goes to correct it and comes back to take my payment. A little bit later she comes back and gives me my order and I leave. Being hungry i take a tater tot from the bag and instantly notice it is filled with cooking oil but I decide to just go ahead and go home thinking maybe it was just that one. Nope. Got home and the oil had soaked though the box that holds the tater tots as well as through the bag. It is disgusting. These people do not know how to listen to your order and get mad when you correct them. Then that is what you get. I stopped going there about months ago but thought since i was craving it and they are closer to my apartment than the other one i would try it again. Nope, a lesson lived is a lesson learned. Not going back. I will drive the extra distance. Beware people.

They’re getting 5 stars for Leland and Leland only. He is the sweetest guy. So friendly and kind. Last night was the 1st time we’ve been to this Sonic and gotten our food promptly and without attitude. He is a joyful soul and the world needs more of him.
