Stopped here for a couple drinks. They were literally sending over 100 people away plus. They said they can’t take any orders because there system shut down but would not talk to anyone at all! Literally had at least 20 employees here and they just announced they weren’t taking orders and shut off the speaker. Even when you pressed the button again they just did the same. No answers of when it would be back up, no talking to anyone. If they are not doing orders but have all these people they had more than enough time. So many people wildly upset because they wouldn’t even talk to them or acknowledge them. Just another example of employees who don’t care whatsoever about the business and are sitting up here milking hours and don’t care how many people they upset. And 100 people isn’t exaggerated. I’ve heard them do it easily another 20 times plus as I’m sitting here doing this review.

Lettuce wasn’t fresh and not much bacon. Maybe the bacon was just piled in the middle. Had a bacon burger meal w/strawberry limeade and a Jr cheeseburger happy meal and a corn dog for 22$. Service was fast and they crew was very polite.

This place must be under new management. Anytime I was in Galveston I’d make my way here. Never again. First of all the drive thru was creeping, then a lady comes to the line with my order. One large drink and one medium really, that’s not right. The onion rings were burnt, she then tells me they are all burnt, really lady. I asked for the manager. A gentleman came out and proceeded to correct my order. The lady who I assume was an owner begin to argue with him. She took the medium drink and replaced it with a large. Someone else will get that medium drink. She didn’t want to give my wife onions for her foot long. We decided to leave and we will never go back. She did give us fresh onion rings that weren’t burnt, however one bag was larger then the other. I just had enough.

Order was multiple items for family of 5. The whole order was wrong they had given us someone else’s order. Then, when they redid the order, the burgers were sloppily put together. The items were missing for the price, and we paid $49. It was the worst fast food I had ever bought.

The worst sonic I’ve been to so far, the drinks were good but the service was terrible. I overhead a worker call someone’s order gross, and after more than half an hour of waiting for our drinks, even though there was less than 5 cars, a worker came with our drinks but didn’t know what the flavors were. The worker asked for help from another worker but instead of helping she proceeds to do a aye ai ai (probably being stereotypical) and tells us to taste the drinks and figure it out instead.

Confused and inattentive staff the morning we went. Took forever to get the order in while being only 1 of 3 cars at the time. Then mid order they stopped taking my order on the stall I was in so I tried drive through. Had to finish order at the window, couldn’t hear or understand person in drive through. Then drink orders were wrong and had to be fixed at the window.

Worst drinks I’ve ever had at a sonic. Had to go through drive thru twice and told them their syrup was out yet still the replacement drink had no syrup so I got a Dr pepper instead and it had wayyyyyy too much syrup and hardly any carbonation. Plus the mozzarella sticks were under done. Absolute garbage.

Very quick service and very efficient, just wish the food was prepared better. Plus we were overcharged due to the way they chose to ring it up, not much but it was kind of shady.
