Ordered the jumbo popcorn chicken but got this instead lol the “chicken” was hard and just nasty. The last time I was here I ordered a coke and when I opened the lid there was a gnat!!

I was there today (12/19/25) and asked if they could replace the picante sauce with buffalo sauce on my burrito. They said they could, but then tried to charge me an extra 56¢ just for the sauce. I explained that the picante sauce causes me to break out, which is why I requested the buffalo sauce instead. Still, they wouldn’t waive the charge. Very disappointing experience—won’t be going back.

Food is great, if they give you everything you ordered. No sauces despite adding to my order, missed a couple items. Don’t order in app and pickup if you’re in a hurry. You may not get everything you paid for, and they won’t do anything about it.

I love Sonic slushies! I add coconut syrup and mix other flavors because they all so good! It’s so yummy and refreshing on any type of day especial over the summer! I use the app to order it’s saves me time.

The service given was horrible by a specific person who always has an issue at every visit.. Spoke with the “Franchise Manger” and no results to issue with staff. There should definitely be customer service courses taken for these people. It cost absolutely nothing to be professional and service paying customers.

pretty good, don’t really think I’ve had issues. the only thing I can complain about is the slushies are waaaay too sweet. they are barely enjoyable and that’s coming from someone with a huge sweet tooth.

Not sure about all of the negative reviews. But each time I go through the drive through the food is ALWAYS fresh and hot. That’s with all the Latino girls that are working anyway (lunch time). Food is always on point.

I ordered a number 3 with a large chili cheese tots and a route 44 Dr Pepper with easy ice. My burger was so hot and fresh. Even the tots after a 10 minute drive home were still hot. They were covered generously chili and cheese and the amount of tots I received is the most I have gotten anywhere. So much that I couldn’t even finish them. My easy ice drink was actually easy ice. I really cannot express in words how impressed I am with this Sonic location. I live in Manvel and will definitely be making the extra drive to eat at this Sonic from now on. Keep up the amazing job!
