Went to sonic today like I’ve done hundreds of times before and order a medium chili cheese tot. Received what you see in the picture and thought there was hardly any chili and cheese compared to all of the other times I’ve order this exact same thing. I asked the carhop “hey girl is it suppose to look like this? I feel like there’s hardly anything on them” because I really didn’t want to make a huge fuse and she told me with a smile “I can go remake them for you” I thanked her and apologized for sending it back. A couple minutes later the girl and the manager walk out to my car. The manager proceeded to tell me that my order was correct and the cooks are only suppose to put 2oz of chili and cheese on there and that’s exactly how much was on there. Also told me if I wanted extra then to ask for extra, but that would add $3. While he was nice it seemed kinda passive aggressive. I thought this was so odd because I was very polite, and did not want to make a big deal out of it. The manager coming out with the carhop being passive aggressive made me feel like I did something wrong. I worked in fast food for 5 years so I’m always very understanding cause I get it. Just so strange after years of going here and getting the exact same thing it was different today for some reason.

I ordered a double cheeseburger with large fries. I asked for ketchup & he gave me 2. I told him I would need more than that & he said I would have to pay for extra. I said dude, I need it for my burger and fries. He wouldn’t budge. At least I know that 3 cents he saved the company will keep them in business.

Showed up at 10:55pm, got exactly what I wanted and it came out in 2 minutes ! They didn’t shut down early or say things arent available! Soooo happy

I sat in drive thru a bit and when I got to the window my 2 Sonic Blast were still sitting there while the window person was taking orders instead of getting my ice cream or to me so it was at least 1/4 melted and all waited on ice cream cone to be made. Not impressed at all with West Columbia Sonic. Next time I’ll wait till I get to another one.

Lately, for the past year or 2, the service has improved greatly. We visit often. Wish the app would add a place to ask for burger without a bun though. But I’m probably a bit out of the box with that request. But they do it very well when I ask in person. Just like using the app more than the speaker.
